I originally wrote a very negative review as I had not received my order but after many inquiries to them I finally received my order with a few extras to make up for the delay. Very appreciated !

In my first feedback, I gave a score of zero because I didn't receive any confirmation for my order after six days and thought this website was fake, like many others. I even considered filing a complaint as I believed I had lost my money. But immediately after posting my feedback, I received an email from customer service apologizing and promising to send my order as soon as possible. Today, after nine days, I received all my items along with two extra products, probably to make up for the inconvenience. Therefore, I am changing my feedback and giving a score of 5. Thank you, and I will definitely be a regular customer.

I placed an order on here since 22/03/2024 that’s exactly 2 weeks now no feedback whatsoever and I haven’t received a mail to this regards also my products has not arrived, I feel scammed because I don’t know how to reach out to the team the phone number online says not responding.
