Amazing vegan food. Excellent C.Service
If producing amazing vegan (plant based) food wasn't great enough, Arley's customer service is outstanding. They reply very quickly to emails & are very helpful. My last order from them had 2 packs of Sausage Patty's (I highly recommend) I put the order in my freezer but didn't check. I think there was only 1 pack of patty's but not sure as didn't check. Arley sent me a pack the next day, no charge! I haven't tried all their products yet as have a tiny freezer. All I have tried are so good.

A really good meat alternative.
Order has always arrived quickly.
We love most of the items we have tried.
Packaging is sometime very soft and a bit crushed.

The ones we have tried are nice and tasty. My only slight criticism is the size of the portions which I think are a little small for two people, but again the size might suit other people.

I find the flavour of the Arley…
I find the flavour of the Arley products superior to other vegetarian brands i have tried.
The cooking instructions are simple and they don't take a long time to cook (which for me, as elderly, on myself own, never been interested in cooking, is a big "plus").
ALSO, their customer service is excellent!

Great range of products
Great range of products - unfortunately I received 2 items I'd not bought in place of what I had. Otherwise, a great service. EDIT: I'd made a partial mistake and received only 1 item I hadn't ordered. Arley's have been amazing in their response and I felt that I needed to adjust my rating to 5 stars. Brilliant service - will definitely use again.

Gluten free
Products are gluten free which is unusual with plant based so that's great. Taste and texture is nice though the mint in the lamb products is a bit odd. Four stars really because they are very high salt and the beef products have chicory fibre which many people are intolerant to.
