I had a similar experience. I placed an order and received notice it had shipped two days later. Weeks later when I try to track the item the tracking service tells me there is no information related to the tracking number. I reached out to the company and they told me it's a small company and please be patient. They also failed to tell if the item had or had not shipped. I gave them another week and and continued to get the same dead end when I used the tracking number they had given me. I then requested a refund from paypal.

Its horrible service , don't you ever buy from them, my order now 6 months and i didn't receive it!! they dont reply even my emails!

My product has arrived, unlike many other customers, it took close to 3 months. But I realized in the meanwhile I was just buying a chinese product that can be found on Wish for 80% less. The magic of Facebook as with nice pictures...

I saw this website's Trustpilot score only after placing an order, and was scared that I had been scammed. But my products both arrived in excellent condition and were exactly as expected. The shipments were staggered, and I admit that they still haven't mastered the game of automated shipping updates, etc. But when I received one item and not the other, I emailed them and got a prompt reply, assuring me that that other item will be shipped soon. For this second shipment, I received clear tracking information, and the person responding to my emails, Cristina, was very courteous throughout. She mentioned that it's a small, family run business, so maybe they've had serious teething troubles. But my overall experience was very good. Products are well-made, good looking, and exactly as described on the website.

Total scam. Product not as described and then when I returned it (paying for the privilege!) they didn’t refund me. Shocking.

SCAM

Product never arrived, I did not get a refund. They are not answering to any messages.

I ordered a "supposed-to-be" design lamp, round, white. I cannot define what arrived: it is really small, smaller than a hand (for 50$, it seems really too much) even if it should have a dia of 18 cm. On my request to return the lamp, I was addressed to their return-policy, in which it is stated that shipment back charges AND furthermore A FEE OF 20$ for each return shall be in any case at customer charge. Customer service was really unpolite.
I decided to keep their rubbish (made in China, as stated on the the external package, on the stick on the lamp and also on the one-page instructions written in Chinese!) and save other money.
NEVER AGAIN.
Please do not be so stupid as I was.
