This kind of inventory issue is rare and something our management team takes very seriously. When a customer pays for a service we can't deliver, they're entitled to a full refund plus additional compensation for the frustration and wasted time — we don't just meet the minimum, we go beyond it.

• Investigate why the stock status wasn't verified before your payment was processed, and update our checkout flow to confirm availability in real time before any order is finalized.
• Coach the team member involved and implement a strict policy: if a product is listed as available, it must be delivered — or the customer is immediately notified and compensated before they even provide login details.
