Restarted a game on a different platform and just wanted to skip the grind. Was really nervous about sharing account info, but really didn’t want to invest 100+ hours to open end game content. Poor service but great support
I paid €138.12 for a camo boost and had a very poor experience. I was told the order was progressing and was even told 70% was done, but when I checked my account there were only 6 gold guns and the most recent match was 33 days ago. The service felt misleading and badly handled. Their refund policy says a full refund is available if the service didn’t match its description or couldn’t be completed, so I’m now seeking that.
Update: the original service was still a very poor experience and I stand by that, but after escalating the matter, ArmadaBoost did issue me a full refund. I appreciate that the refund was handled promptly once management became involved.
