My purchase never arrived in the…

My purchase never arrived in the timescale provided by the seller. When I chased my purchase I was told there was and issue at the warehouse and it hadn’t been dispatched and was given a new date for delivery. My purchase eventually arrived but the box was so damaged I felt like crying (3 yr olds birthday present) and due to the length of time I had waited I never bothered to return the item.
Won’t shop here again

Faulty sizing and poor customer service

Ordered a gilet in men’s size large (the size I always wear). When it arrived it was tiny but they said because the item “wasn’t faulty” they would not refund the postage. When I went back onto the website to have a look at the gilet again, there is no indication that it comes up small. It is only when you check the measurements for each size that there’s a message right at the bottom that says to order two sizes bigger than normal (surely this is proof that there’s a fault). You do not get this warning if you order your usual size. Customer service? There is none and I’m still awaiting the full refund. Will never use them again

Avoid at all costs!!

Avoid at all costs!!! I purchased a BBQ gazebo cover to replace an old one. I checked the sizes and they even had the same metal structure as the one I had. So, thinking this was straight forward, I went with a beige cover to match the garden furniture. After about 3 weeks, the parcel arrived, its dark grey!!! It didn't even fit my gazebo, so I contacted them and got a "cut & paste" reply saying as its not damaged we will not give a refund. But it's not what I ordered! It does fit and its the wrong colour. They replied saying they will give me £10 back, no I want it replaced, its no good to me. I can send it back, but I have to pay the postage. What???? You made the mistake!

I complained again and said that the trading standards are not met, in that you have to replace the item. The next email offered me £20 and I can keep the cover, I said no, again, now they ignore my emails.

Absolute shocking behaviour!!!!!

Barbecue purchase

Purchased barbecue but not opened yet, so can’t comment on the quality.
But I think I have bought the item I was looking for at a very reasonable price.
The delivery date was missed and contacting customer service was unhelpful.

I do not recommend buying this grill

I do not recommend buying this grill. Very poor quality of workmanship and fitting of the elements. The fire was bent from the temperature, the wires of the grate cracked, the thermometer broke on the third grilling, it simply stopped at 180°C. After unpacking, it turned out that some elements are crumpled. Bolt holes are not centric. Actually, I feel like I have thrown £104 in the trash.

Some damage and inaccurate instructions otherwise good products.

Bought a rattan suite and Texas Grill BBQ. Would have given 5 stars, but there were some issues. There was some damage to one of the rattan units, the covering was cut in two places and it was quite dirty, like it had been left outside somewhere before packing. The BBQ, had all the pieces there and not surprisingly the build process was length. However the process was made more frustrating by parts of the build process not being covered in the instructions, requiring dismantling and rebuilding, also some incorrect instruction were given regarding which screws/nuts/ bolts to use.

Item description on website is incorrect dimensions are not right, I contacted company and under consumer rights act 2015 company pay return postage and refund. However company refuse to pay return postage. Communication with company is awful 24hrs to return emails overall I would not recommend this company.
