Waste of time, you should be ashamed
The process should have been simple, however, to complete this was not the case. Both my wife and I had to change our log on details for our respective banking apps, which was an avoidable hassle. After completing the checks, we both received confirmation that the process was complete. For the next 9 days, both my wife and I received daily emails requesting that we need to complete the process again. I forwarded the emails to our conveyancing solicitors who confirmed that the checks were completed and to block any further correspondence from Armalytix. They received our £500 fee during the first process. A complete and utter waste of time, energy and frustration.

Hi Andrew. Firstly allow me to apologise for any convenience you encountered during your Source of Funds process. As you can see from our 4.7* average, your experience is not typical.
Armalytix uses industry standard Open Banking protocols to connect to banks, which keeps us completely separate from your login credentials for security reasons - this means any issues you experienced logging in to your bank were unfortunately caused by your bank, not by us. Without the specific details of your case it's difficult to confirm the reason for the emails you received, but I would guess that your conveyancer sent both you and your wife a Source of Funds check to complete, and only one of these had been completed - Armalytix only sends reminders out on day 3, 5 & 10 (and only to the party whose check is incomplete) so if you received more emails than this then it sounds like your conveyancer was sending their own reminders to complete the outstanding Source of Funds check.
Finally, it's very important to point out that Armalytix definitely did not receive a £500 fee for your Source of Funds (we wish!) - depending on the conveyancer's volume and which features they use, we typically charge a few pounds for a Source of Funds check. We wish you the best of luck with your house purchase.
