This was my first purchase with Armcandy and I was not disappointed.
I was very nervous to begin with not being able to see the handbag in real life (I live many miles away from the Armcandy shop) I like to touch and inspect handbags so being able to view the video was brilliant, it explained everything about the handbag.
I asked many questions by email, Tamara and Izzy responded very quickly, and out of office hours, which I wasn’t expecting.
I received my handbag a day before estimated delivery, it was easy to track, it was well packaged, it came with a personal note and a box of my favourite chocolates….what a lovely gesture.
I can’t thank Armcandy enough, I love my Mulberry Lily and I will be buying from you again, without a doubt.

The service from Arm Candy has been exceptional... I have sold two of my bags recently and Tamara was really helpful both online with the valuations and in the store when I dropped off my bags. I have also just purchased a Mulberry wallet which is beautiful and arrived the next day 😊

This is a ‘customer first’ business. They are kind, interested and genuine. The bag I received was exactly as described but I knew I could trust their assessment and processes, having bought previously from Armcandy. They are thoroughly nice people too!

I have purchased three times from them and have been extremely happy with my purchases. Delivery to the States is fast! I’ve always received my purchases within a week! Each item was better in person. I love how you can view the bags on YouTube to see them up close and they go over the details perfectly. I have my eye on another and hopefully it goes on sale so I can make my fourth purchase lol. They always answer the emails I send with questions. Such a nice shop and wonderful bags!

Ok so it was my first time placing an order on armcandy after following them for a while on YouTube and watching there youtube videos. Even though they had some lovely bags on there atm I just wanted something right for me so I waited abit longer to place my first order with them as soon as I saw something that caught my eye.

So there was no hesitation placing the order from my side as it was very simple,quick and easy plus I got an additional 5% off signing up to the newsletter which also saved me abit of money. The shipping to the UK is also free which is a bonus.

All the questions that I needed answered were answered quickly and efficiently by the lovely ladies which gave me a peace of mind.

All video reviews show you exactly what you will be receiving with the quality of the item described and what it comes with so you know what to expect when it gets to you. which I think is absolutely amazing what the girls Tamara and izzy are doing so great job to them.

Now I did have a question about delivery time from the moment I placed the order as there wasn't much info on the website so I emailed them and they got back to me really quickly infact as I was messaging them I got a another email pop up saying the bags already been shipped the same day. so it was extremely fast and it was for special 1pm delivery for next day

So I recieved the parcel exactly as expected the next day actually being today. I unboxed it and the packaging was lovely they even included some free chocolates which was so kind of them. Now for the bag it is absolutely stunningly beautiful i love it much more than I thought i would and its exactly how it was described infact it seems almost brand new and hardly used. I'm in love with my new valentino garavani fliplock rocktud mini bag and cannot wait to use it.
The quality of the bag is amazing

I recently sold a barely used Gucci bag with Arm Candy and was so impressed with the process! I popped my bag in, discussed the payment brackets and within 1 week my bag was sold. I came across by accident with one of their bag video on youtube and decided to do a search on google for their website and was surprised to see they are from uk. On a further search i found a prada nylon bag which was in pristine condition and decided to purchase it. Bag arrived very well packed and with all the care cards to prove its authenticity. The girls are doing a fantastic job in posting videos for each bag that they sell so you can make a further idea of how the bags really look like.
