When I ordered from Nicola Armeria Regina for the first time, I didn't know what the company was like in Italy. I was very positively surprised by the quick response via email and my questions were answered very well and good suggestions for solutions were also given. The ordering of the items was also carried out quickly through to delivery. The selection of products is enormous and you can easily find everything you need for reloading. Of course, I will always order my items from Nicola Armeria Regina from Germany. I have to say, 5 stars definitely.

Very bad after marker support
I asked for help to acquire the correct manual for a rifle that I received with the wrong manual, no help received to this day.
Moreover these guys put a huge margin on the prices: they sell for almost 1000 euro rifle that I got in Czechia for only 400 Euro (the rifle is imported in both countries).
So I wonder what the huge price difference is attibuted to ? I should be the disonest one ? Did I claim I actually baught the rifle from Armeria Regina: no I did not, I said I seeked help to aquire the correct manual. I actually warned you to look in stock to see if it was a factory issue with these rifles coming with the wrong manual. I was told that it would be looked into if there was time to do so ... after one week having had no reply at all I assumed there was more intrest in overpriced sale than aftermarket support.
Yes mostly my feedback are bad because I want people to be able to avoid such bad experiences. You want 5 star ... it would have been a 5 minute job to check a box and see if the manual was correct and if it was make a picture or a digital scan of the part that I was seeking to service my rifle. Yiu did not want to put the time: maybe just tell me : look to take off the power plenum you need to do this, taht and the other. You chose to do neither and now you complain you got a bad feedback.

I find you a very dishonest person. You have just left us a negative review without ever having purchased anything from us. I think people need only to look at your reviews to see that they are all fake and "curiously" ALL negative. I ask you to be respectful of other people's work.
You are telling us that we have bad service after you bought something from another store we have to give you information and aftermarket service? this is very funny and needs no further comment.

First I would like to apologize again for the mistake. As we informed you in the email that we sent you shortly after your order, we realized that we had made a mistake: we indicated that the package was 50 pieces when in truth it was 20. We immediately notified you, and once you told us that you no longer wanted them, we immediately gave you a refund. I think I was more than correct to you. Mistakes happen when you work, the important thing is to recognize and fix them.
