Very professional…

Easy to place the order and the offer of a ‘half pack’ of bricks was really good. The delivery was excellent with UK Pallets and they were very flexible regarding access on my property and very responsive to queries. Delivery driver was very helpful too and extremely polite. Definitely recommend 😁

Very happy

I had a call just before the delivery arrived. The driver transported the pallet aa close aa possible to my back garden. The paving stones are lovely. The garden renovation is coming along well and I'm already getting positive comments from neighbours.

Marine Ply Order

Ordered large sheet of marine plywood from this company. (Ordered on B&Q website)
Delivery was only a day so or after I placed the order.
Wrong item came initially on their lorry but they took it away and returned soon after with what I ordered.
So seem like a company you can trust and who will respond to do the right thing for customers if there is a problem.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. I placed order 1048796087-A via the B&Q website. Armstrong Cheshire sent the wrong item. I placed a query to Armstrong Cheshire via the B&Q website but had no response. I’ve emailed and had no response. I called but the option to query B&Q has an automated response saying nobody is answering these calls. I’ve left 2 voicemails but nobody has called back.

I had workmen on site but had to send them away as the materials were wrong. I can’t tell them when to come back as Armstrong Cheshire won’t respond to me

I am very sorry for both the error and poor communication in recent days. I can see that we messaged you on 11 Apr 17:09 but no follow up. One of our team will be in contact with you tomorrow morning to resolve the issue, hopefully to your satisfaction.

I will be investigating our internal procedures to discover how our communication went wrong. Concerning the picking error, this was due to a product coding error which has already been rectified.

I ordered 2x1000kg of 6-14mm pea gravel…

I ordered 2x1000kg of 6-14mm pea gravel but the bags clearly said 10-14mm. When I queried this I was told it was the same product, which clearly is not the case, so a bit disappointing.
Delivery and communication prior to order being delivered was excellent.
