Armydogtags Reviews

Fantastic Customer Service!!

Unfortunately my dog tags got lost in the post, when I contacted to request a replacement Rhodri was on hand to help out and send out a new set of tags.

Top notch service!

What a company, I sent them an email to ask if they would be able to add a medical star onto my tags. Within 20 minutes, they sent me a picture of a tag with one on it and it was perfect. I placed my order and within minutes I had confirmation and a picture of them. They arrived 48hrs later and are exactly what I needed and passed inspection. Fantastic company, I will be coming back for kit bag tags and might even treat the dog to a new tag. 5*

Great service here - I emailed over with a few questions, and a fella called Rhodri helped with everything I asked.

I wanted to make sure special characters would display properly, and he created an example tag with their machines, and sent me a photo - I wanted to check out a different font, and he had no issue doing it again and sending me over another picture.

Once I figured out what I wanted, I realised it wasn't specifically available on their site, but again, Rhodri went out of his way to combine two different products on their site to give me what I wanted.

Ordered on the 11th, arrived on the 14th.

Top tier service, would recommend to anybody wanting tags.

Ordered online through a simple user-friendly website, 2 days later, they appeared, quick and easy, although not quite what I was expecting, but a quick phone call later to the office, spoke to an amazing man who very quickly sorted out the issue, 36 hrs later I had just what I wanted around my neck. This is the real dog tag company and now my go to tag maker. Brilliant experience and worthy of my hard earned cash.
Thank you

I have ordered a tag and when they were delivered, I realised that it was not the one I liked; then I contacted Rhodri and he was ever so helpful sending me the one I really like and free of charge.
Fantastic customer service

I didn't need replacements of my issued tags as somehow I totally accidentally forgot to return them when I left the Armed Forces. I DID however need a medical alert tag seeing as I'm now old and falling apart. I placed the order with Armydogtags, and it arrived in about 3 days, FAR faster than I expected. NO faults / errors, and exactly as described. Great shopping experience, and a great product too. I've no idea how the product compares (for accuracy) to a genuine issue medical tag, as I only ever had the 2 usual ID tags, but it's certainly robust enough to survive a lifetime and the lettering is dot peened deep enough so that it's never going to wear off! Highly recommended.

Brilliant product and great after sales service.
Would highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

To honour one of our fallen k9s, i created tags in his honour. I felt it was part of my recovery to give him the full respect he deserves. The order was created to perfection and will clearly last a lifetime. The customer service, price range and quality is supreme. I am so thankful to have found this company. We have gone on to order another set for our family member today (01-12-23).
If you need a tag made- look no further- this company is your be all and end all.
Thanks again.

Great tags and excellent delivery every time. Never had an issue with any tags bought and they have been great quality.

Web site is easy enough to use and thanks to their templates you get the tags exactly the way you want them.

I've just made my third order and I couldn't be any happier with Army Dogtags, especially with the Christmas order I just made. Myself, my Dad, godson and stepson are all Top Gun mad, and with the release of the HUGE sequel this year, I thought that matching dog tags would be the perfect Christmas present.

My Dad was actually in tears and my godson and stepson were a bit emotional too and promised to treasure them forever.

I couldn't be any more grateful for the consistent amazing service and quality of products and I will always recommend Army Dogtags to anyone.

A first class service all the way. The Dog Tags were just what i wanted, wonderful, a quick delivery. A (" trusted and safe seller "). Highly recommended, will shop again.

Rhodri at armydogtags.co.uk was very helpful and accommodating. Replied to queries promptly and the ordered tags arrived in good time and are of good quality. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I placed an order for two dog tag chains. The envelope arrived as expected but it only contained 1 chain. After contacting the company, they fulfilled the order anew. That is, they fulfilled an order for (a further) 2 army dog tags.

Although there was a bit of delay, I appreciated the response and I felt that the accompanying message about the reason behind the delay was sincere.

All in all, based on my experience, I would recommend using armydogtags.co.uk

Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive and no delivery date given on order. Disc is thinner than expected and engraving small and difficult to read.

Excellent - exactly what I ordered. Thank you.

Quality is amazing, website is laid out really well and easy to use.

Totally refreshing! Contacted these guys for some tags to mark a special occasion. I was really short of time, my fault and we're about to hit a holiday weekend. Spoke with Rhodri at Army Dog Tags UK yesterday, he was so so helpful! My tags arrived this morning all sorted, personalised and packaged really nicely in cool little gift tins which I would totally recommend as they're cut out perfectly for the tags and look great when opening. Top job dudes and very much appreciated!!!

What a great site. Fully customisable dog tags. Everything from medical to plain colours and more. Choose the colour of your chain, silencer... the works.

Product arrives in a timely manner. Love it, well made. Can’t fault them
