I paid 100€ for a brand new pair of pants, they sent me a second hand pair with no tags, slight wear, the pattern slightly washed, it arrived with a strong smell of mint that came from an opened and machine washed pack of chewing gum in the pocket. The condition is not dramatic, there aren't holes or anything, but by principle it isn't acceptable to pass second hand items off as brand new, not an honest business practice, therefore not a trustworthy business. I will therefore not be ordering from them again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I've bought a new tent but got a used and dirty one. The Shop didn't accept return postage or any other refund. Avoid this Shop ! They scam their customers ! Never again !!

Expensive EU delivery - 36Euro!!! Used Camelbag was broken.

Horrible. Shorted my order 2 patches and sent 2 pairs of trouser absurdly sized camo trousers. I’ve gotten pretty good at picking euro sizes…..these are way off; handwritten on the tags. No response from shop. Terrible, a waste of $100.

Used Armyworld.pl 3 times now. Bought items not available in the UK or are much more expensive here. Prices are great for the brands that they have. And the fact you can also buy surplus versions of certain brands at lower prices is great. Quality of products, even surplus are good. Delivery to the UK is fast. They state 18 days, but each time its come to me in 7 days via Parcelforce (Royal Mail). Not come across any EU import fees either, but I’m not an expert on the rules on that.

Strange business has no contact information on their website no pictures of the store, a lot of bad plaque. Not excited to order anything in Finland! Poor English and not answering all questions. Promise bad, I don't know what I'll do with my order, will I order at all. The movement has also not responded to negative feedback here. If you order through UPS then do you have to take care of it yourself?

We have already ordered several items with my team that are not available or much more expensive elsewhere. We are perfectly satisfied with all of them.
A webshop with an excellent selection and outstanding prices, punctual delivery and kind customer service.

Had problem with order. They doesnt answear mail.
The send me wrong parts and switch the original parts with improvise parts that doesnt fit.

Order twice to the UK and never had an issue. Prices are good and shipping has always been faster than expected. Last pair of boots took six days after ordering. Unfortunately the English translations aren't very good but it's enough to get by with.
