Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was excellent. The store can be a little strange with only a few sizes of each item on the shelves, however do let that put you off. The staff are excellent and more than happy to search the drawers and stock room for your size. And if they don’t have your size in the colour you want, they will bring out the colours they have available in that style.

Updated Review: Arne provided a prompt resolution
Please do yourself a favour and do not buy from this company.
Their products are extreemely poor quality and their customer service is horrendous.
I bought a pair of Arne jeans little over 6 months ago and the fabric is "breaking" after wearing them about 10 - 12 times.
When I contacted customer service to ask them if they can repair / find a solution, I was fobbed of cause it's a little over 6 months, and their warranty is 6 months.
Don't ever make the mistake of getting anything from Arne.
Update: Lucille from Arne reached out immediately after this review with an email assuring me an investigation into what went wrong.
She also offered me a replacement or refund as a repair service is not available. I accepted the replacement as its more than what I originally asked for, which was to repair my jeans.
Based on the swift action and resolution, I will certainly give Arne the points they deserve.
My only feedback to Lucille was that the customer service folks I originally communicated with should have showed the same level of action and empathy that she provided versus "just following the rules". Lucille was great and I will order from Arne again primarily because of the prompt action and resolution, which is rare to see and experience.

Bought a top for my son’s birthday. Really good quality and was a perfect fit. Made up with my purchase . Only criticism of the shop would be that there was hardly any ladies clothes and where they are placed feels out of the way .

Lovely store and friendly staff
Loved visiting the physical store. Wasn’t too busy but had to wait a long time for an item to be delivered from the stock room. Till staff were excellent and store appearance was great.
