Great experience
I came into the Trafford Centre store yesterday looking for some grey cargos in a medium, they did not have my size and I had given up hope until an employee named zaynab approached me and helped me find something similar at the end she suggested I try on the large to just see the fit of the trousers and I tried them on and they were literally the perfect fit. Shout out to zaynab for helping me with my last minute shopping.

Went to this store and they charged £2 for a paper bag. I was told it’s because I hadn’t purchased something yet I went on to spend £143 in the store and they still didn’t offer to knock it off. Disgusting.

Great Quality & Fit *
Lovely T - Shirts ....I have tried many brands recently , including M&S ( the Quality is not what it was a few years back ) and "Spare ", these are THE best fitting , comfy , and have a slight sheen to them , Which , intentional or not , I quite like.
We shall see what happens after a few washes , but lets face it , these things don't last forever. ...!
I Would advise going one size* BELOW your normal ,
If you want a "Fitted " Look , I ordered Size L , normally I am L or XL ....Medium is perfect .
I would definately Recommend them ...and Quick Too!

I’m now a very regular customer, the clothes look and feel quality. Really impressed with how quickly they dispatch your items, usually arriving next day. No hassle returns, only sent 2 items back because of size. Bought everything online but did pop into the Arndale on a recent trip to the North west. Absolutely no complaints.

Superb customer care
i bought a pair of black trainers with white soles from selfridges but did not start wearing them until the weather picked up as the soles are white.
after a couple of months of wearing 3 days a week in the carpeted office they are already starting to fall apart at the back next to the ankle, the uppers and the soles are still like new which is a pity as they’re a good looking trainer.
Arne customer care habe no resolved this issue for me i a very speedy manner after reviewing the facts i supplied to them.
