Exceptional quality oils and carriers. Excellent prices, easy obtainable GC/MS reports on batches, free educational blogs and videos, partnership with Aromahead Institute, customer service is top notch and have always replied to me within hours on all of my questions. They have opportunities to purchase retail, wholesale and become an affiliate at no cost. Not an MLM. Websites are easy to use (I have all 3 types of accounts) so you need to be sure you sign into the correct one, if you have a problem it's because of the cookies and history saved on your device! It has nothing to do with Aromatics International. Clear out your cookies and history!

On the retail account you can earn "drops" with every purchase to use as $ off. Free shipping on orders over $79. They run sales often.

My experience for the past 4 years with Aromatics International has been excellent. I have looked at many other EO suppliers and have purchased from others including MLM's throughout my 30+ years of using oils and have found Aromatics International to be the best choice.

Not as expensive as my former company and their membership requirement. The in depth information is thorough.

I have to highly disagree with the other reviewers here.

Their GC/MS reports are PDF downloadable from their website and when looking at the prices of their essential oils, their comparable to other high quality essential oils companies, so I am not sure why the other reviewers are claiming their price their products higher than others.

Certain essential oils depending on country of origin and distiller can be slightly higher than another companies who purchase their oils from a different country of origin, however when comparing like with like, their oils are not overly expensive.

Prices went sky high. Decent Customer Service, pretty packaging but, too expensive compared to other competitors. Second order and last order for them. I agree with the other reviewer, regarding their GCMS reports also and that is important. Keep changing stuff. Website not as user friendly. Good information though.

While I do like Aromatics and currently use many of their oils, I feel they are over priced and are much higher than other reputable essential oil companies. I do feel they offer a good product, however I don't think they are superior over other companies whom offer the same types of products.

I decided to discontinue buying the majority of my oils from them due to price and their GC/MS reports are not downloadable. Having the GC/MS document saved in preferred over going to the website every time I want to look at the report. I've also found they do not keep all GC/MS reports available on their website. I tried reviewing a few reports recently and they were no longer available.

Their website is very nice, their Customer Service is great and they do offer a lot of good information. It is only my option, but I do feel there is opportunity for improvement.
