I had ordered a Arozzi Chair from a third party company due to the company Arozzi being out of stock of the specific chair I wanted. The third party had a few pieces missing/ broken. I contacted Arozzi and they were more than nice to help me with getting pieces to fix the chair and for an incredibly reasonable price. Great company and love the chair!

I shopped 7 local retail stores for a gaming/office chair. The range of prices were $200-$550. The lower priced chairs on display were ready to fall apart. The expensive chairs varied in comfort from poor to reasonable. I did learn that for me the taller lumbar supports were more comfortable. I decided to take a chance and order a supersoft Vernazza chair on the internet for $350. This chair is far more comfortable than the ones in stores. It was reasonably easy to assemble. At first, I thought I was missing the fasteners but found the fasteners were screwed into the positions they were to be used. Assembly is a two-person job.

I needed something shipped to Canada and thought there would be delay issues but I was wrong. Cade took care of everything and it was shipped the next day. The service was simply perfect. Well done and thanks Cade!

Had an issue when I ordered the desk not having all of the pieces. Reached out and customer service was fantastic and got it all situated within the day.

10/10 customer service. The part broke, and they immediately sent out a replacement part. Came in two days. Would absolutely buy more of their products!

awesome customer service and warranty assistance

I ordered this desk back in May and waited until I found a new apartment in November to set it up. I opened the box and laid everything out and it was missing the instructions and the installation kit. I immediately emailed Arozzi about my problem and someone emailed me back the very next day! I sent them a few pictures of what was in the box and by the end of the very same day I received a notice that my package was in the mail.
It arrived in only 2 business days and my desk is set up and ready for my pc!!!
The service was amazing! I will definitely order from you again and recommend strongly your products.

Whoever writes/designs their product documentation/assembly instructions is the GOAT. So simple, so helpful and super funny too. Love it

Bought a Vernazzi Soft Fabric in summer of 2020. Chair has been perfect for 4 years! During a move this summer I accidentally broke the right arm rest off. I reached out to support after not being able to find the replacement part on the website and they took care of me and effectively and immediately! Top tier product and top tier customer service.

Definitely a “Where has this been all my life?” moment. Amazing quality, super comfortable/ergonomic chair. Highly recommend! Thanks Arozzi!

Customer Service Top Notch

Had some mistakes with my first custom arena desk order from the factory and had a tough time reaching someone via phone, but connected with a support team member, Alex Jordan, via email very quickly. They were able to confirm some items that were incorrect in the original order and send out the exact configuration I originally requested. They had my items shipped out same day. Will continue purchasing from the Arozzi team with their quick support turn around.

Got a chair second hand with broken adjustment paddles. Didn’t have any order information about the chair but customer service was able to get me the correct paddles.

The customer service I received was top notch. Alex did everything possible and more to remedy the situation. All my concerns were addressed promptly by email and even a couple phone calls as well. I would highly recommend Arozzi for all your gaming needs. Thank you Alex!

Exceptional Customer service. Fantastic products which I’ve now learned are even interchangeable. I was able to upgrade parts of my Arena Leggero desk to the Arena Fratello, all shipped swiftly to my door!

i was sent the wrong item, but after speaking with their super amazing and understanding customer support the issue was immediately resolved and i was sent the correct item. i highly recommend buying from this company.

Great quality products. Bought a desk with a mouse pad that covered the entire desk. It was a little warped on the edges. I sent in a support ticket and the next day they sent out a new one. Great customer service!

I broke one of my chairs, and Arozzi sent out a new chair in no time at all! Support was very polite, and quick to help me. My replacement chair is great, and I will continue to buy these chairs!
