I’m normally not the one to write a review but after the experience I’ve had I just wanted to share, I enquired at first for hair and nose surgery and my contact who was Zivile was very prompt and always there.. even though I only ended up getting my hair done she was still always there and whenever I messaged her she replied back in enough time
Normally when they have taken your money and done the procedures they don’t really care like my other treatment I had with another company but she still messaged me after my treatment to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything
I would give Zivile a 10/10 for customer service and wish her the best of luck in the future

I had my gastric sleeve 4 months ago and I am glad to say that the doctors alongside the dieticians are constantly checking up with me and sending me recipes to follow, I would say the doctors and the the dieticians are considerate and caring but to be honest I didnt have a good experience with the nurses at the hospital, overall Im happy with my decision and greatful for doctor mohamed and dietician Selvi Nur.

I had a gastric sleeve op over a yr ago and when I arrived I was well looked after and the staff was very . and then after my yr I thought that’s it i wouldn’t hear anything from the staff dietician etc but how wrong was i they have been in touch saying I will be there for life if I ever need any help, and true to their word I msgd them and dr Muhammad and dietitian selvi was in touch that same day ,honestly if you are thinking of getting anything done consider everything then 100%consider this hospital , there so good I recommended my friend and she’s been and had same thing done just in October 2023and she’s so happy I mentioned this clinic to her

My experience with this provider has been excellent! From my initial contact they have been attentive, professional and transparent regarding all aspects of my surgery and after care. The hospital experience was fantastic, I had an interpreter throughout my stay who explained every step of the process both pre and post op. The nursing care was excellent, ensuring that my pain was well controlled and I had a safe and effective recovery. Of course my surgeon Dr Aydogan was incredible and has literally given my a second shot at life ! On return to the uk I have had excellent guidance from the dietitians and this continues 6 months on. This team are fantastic and you will not regret choosing them for your procedure

Flew in from Melbourne Australia to Istanbul, Turkey for Rhinoplasty. From the moment I touched down it was wonderful experience. From the drivers, vehicles, accommodation and the hospital all fantastic. Arpanu Medical modern comfort, safe, clean environment with wonderful staff who looked after me in my time of need. Fully recommend to get on board and not to hum and har because life is to short. The experience left me with a wonderful impression of Istanbul, Turkey, it's culture an it's people. I'm glad I did it.

I can start with my agent, she was amazing, we had a very good communication . The hospital and the hotel very clean and I was treated very well. Everyone was very helpful, my surgeon came every day to visit me and was ready to discuss any concerns. I have three months from surgery and im still in contact with my nutrition team, they are very supportive and helpful.

Very professional and uncomplicated. Driver and translator were always on time and always available!

I had a Tummy Tuck and Liposuction, everything went great, i would recommend it.

I had a gastric sleeve surgery at Arpanu medical with Dr Ceyhun Aydogan. It was a very difficult experience for me because of personal and family problems that I faced before and during the experience but the staff working with Dr Aydogan and the staff at the hospital were all amazing and very supportive. I did a lot of research before I decided to have my surgery with Dr Aydogan. I first got in touch with his clinic mid July 2023 and a month after that and after a lot of research I made my decision to have the surgery with them. My surgery was planned for October 23 but due to a family emergency only a day before my travel I had to postpone it to an indefinite period. They were very understanding and supportive. After 2 weeks I contacted them again and asked if I could have the surgery in a week’s time. Their schedule was quite full but they managed to fit me in and I was able to travel to Istanbul and have the surgery on Nov 15. During this whole process communication with the clinic was on the highest level. I had so many questions and they answered every single one of them in detail. The most important thing to remember is that every country has a different way of doing things and you should never assume that things are done the same way you are used to in your own country. Never assume anything. Enquire about everything and ask a lot of questions. They will answer in detail.
I was not able to take a friend or family member with me and I was worried and scared because I was taking a huge step into the unknown with a support person by my side but everything went smoothly.
The day I arrived in Istanbul I was picked up by a very helpful and polite driver. He advised me on shopping centres and restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel was really nice. The staff were very polite and helpful. Very early the next morning a driver picked me and another patient from the hotel and took is to the hospital where we had all our tests done. By 9am test results were ready and they gave me the clear to have the surgery. In the meantime there were 4 other patients having the surgery on that day and each one of us had a translator. My translator, Marcos was very polite. His English was excellent and he patiently translated all my questions and the answers.
Even though I didn’t have a friend or a family member with me, Dr Aydogan, the hospital staff, Marcos and even the other translators made me feel at home and as if I had known them for years.
The surgery went smoothly. No complications whatsoever. I stayed in hospital for 2 days altogether and even though I was in a bit of pain everyone was so nice that it made everything better. Just before going back to the hotel I had a visit by one of the dieticians who explained to me the diet stages I had to follow and informed me about the WhatsApp group for follow up.
My recovery was very quick. I was able to go shopping and do tourist stuff the day after I left the hospital. The only problem with that though was the tempting smells of grilled corn and roasted chestnuts sold everywhere on the streets when I was stuck with consuming just clear broth.
Since I’ve returned back home the team of dieticians have been diligently i. Touch and supportive every step of the way. Dieticians Doga and Selvi and Dr Mohammed have been always in touch advising me of my different post op diet stages and encouraging me with every step.
Overall it was a very good experience. The only thing that probably needs to be better is having 24hr support during the hotel stay post op. There are nurses available at the hotel but they are only there during the day. I had an allergic reaction late at night and there was no one to advise me what to do. I had never had an allergic reaction in my life before and my whole body was itching and I had hives all over my body and my neck was starting to swell. Luckily I knew exactly what was happening because my son has had similar allergic reactions. I called the hotel receptionist and asked if there were any late night pharmacies. The receptionist organised a taxi driver to go bring me the antihistamine I wanted. If I hadn’t known what to do they were ready to call an ambulance. The next morning the nurses came to see me and contacted the doctor. And by the doctor’s advice game me an injection just before my flight to ensure my trip back home was without any complications and the allergy didn’t flare up again. I think it’s normal that things like this happen but to make the service better it would be ideal to have a support contact person who is available outside normal working hours.

Dr Muhammed, Dietitian Selvi and Dietitian Doğa are the one perks I received from my gastric surgery. They have been followed me every steps after operation, answering all my queries and guide me with recipes every weeks. Cannot thank them enough for their work and support.

I would definitely recommend the surgeon he was amazing and the whole tea was beyond amazing looked after me I was so scared to do it but was reassured

Hi I'm Gavin I'm a 62 year old male from the UK.
I started my Gastric Sleeve surgery journey on 23rd June 2023 when I enquired about the procedures offered by Dr Ceyhun Aydogan from his assistant Sule. The information was very comprehensive and by the 15th July I had booked my procedure. My wife Pam and I travelled to Istanbul on Sunday 24th September and I had my surgery on Monday 25th. The surgery was very comfortable with minimum pain, the staff were very supportive and informative of what was happening. I started my rehabilitation four hours after my return to my room with hourly walks which helped very much. During my two night stay at the clinic we were looked after very well, and Pam received three meals each day of high quality and was able to sleep over.
I was discharged back to the Plaza Hotel on Wednesday 27th once everything was checked and satisfactory. Dietician Amy came to meet with us before we left to introduce us to the dietary programme that would start with the clear broth initially and at regular supervised intervals the diet would change. She explained that she, Selvi and Nora would be my dieticians for the next 12 months and introduced us to the WhatsApp support group. I also got my supply of high protein shakes and multivitamins and minerals for me to bring back to the UK
Sadly I understand the need for bland broth but it was totally tasteless and in most cases just a bowl of hot water Yuk!!!!
We continued to mobilise and I actually used the Spa gymnasium for the treadmill and swimming pool to enable me to improve on my recovery, Pam used the swimming pool daily much to her enjoyment.
We spent some time out and about away from the hotel sightseeing which was important for both physical and mental health.
We flew back to the UK on Sunday 1st October and everything was good.
Since my arrival back in the UK my Dietician team has changed a little, it is Dr Muhammed - Post Operative Doctor and Selvi and Doga as dieticians. They are very supportive and we remain in contact frequently, daily to start with but as time has progressed this has become weekly maybe fornightly. I'll update them at intervals on what I'm eating sending them pictures and reporting on my progress, and as I progress they will update and amend my diet to the next level with lots of information on what I'm eating and why. I weigh in monthly and send them the results along with pictures of my body changes and my body measurements.
The team have been brilliant, so very supportive and when I have had questions about things I don't understand they very promptly answer.

If you are going to consider this surgery I would recommend this clinic and surgeon and the post-op team. Please please don't make this journey on your own you need a companion with you all the way...... I watched people alone who were scared and this is not necessary. The procedure fees cover your partner or companion you just need to fund the extra air fare. It has been a great move on my part. To date as at 01.01.24 I have lost 33.2kg (5 stone) in 14 weeks. Dietitian Doğa, Dr Muhammed, and Dietitian Selvi provide the best aftercare diet guidance! They were very responsive to my questions and ensured that I was well informed about the best dietary options through each stage of healing. Thanks to them, my healing journey is going smoothly. I highly recommend this great team of experts!

The staff really make the hospital, Dr Muhammed, nurses, specosl mention to dietician team particularly Mr Selvi.
They follow up with regular outpatient care. Also I have messaged them on numerous occasions about reactions I had to various foods and they replied almost instantly with suggestions.
They also follow up with blood tests taken by my own gp to see if I'm am lacking any nutrients etc.

Great, well-organized service! This is an amazing team of exceptional professionals. I had a great experience from the beginning to the end with Vip transfers, great hotel, world class clinic and the best surgeon Dr.Serhan Derin. Special thanks to Simge, John, Romena, Afag and Mohamed. You, guys are the best.

I am beyond happy by my experience with the team of Arpanu Medical! The while staff was looking after me all the time, day and night, and were always in touch with me and answered all my questions. Even now, over a month after my rhinoplasty, Mohamet, John and Daria keep in touch with me and are always there for me. I recommend their services to anyone who is still considering and want to thank Arpanu for the care and professionalism!!!!!
