We offer both one time and subscription orders for our customers and we try to put in as many notifications as we can to let people know they are signing up for a subscription. This includes at the checkout where the only way to have your payment go through is by checking a subscription acknowledgment checkbox. Without the customer checking that box - we cannot sign someone up for a subscription or send subsequent orders.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Over Christmas a friend and I both received order confirmations for orders we hadn't made. It seems Arrae must auto-select a subscription which neither of us had knowingly accepted. As soon as I noticed I got in touch and flagged the mistake and asked for it to be cancelled, my friend did the same thing 2 days later. Her order and subscription was cancelled but for some reason, they're refusing to cancel or refund me. Despite the fact it's obviously a mis-leading subscription in the first place and they agreed to refund someone who was in touch after me. Will never order from them again and will stop recommending them now unfortunately.

One hit wonder.

One star because the products are decent. Customer service is absolutely terrible. If you need a refund, no response. If you send an email asking why your package was empty, no response. They have no customer service skills. Make sure you 100% want what you order because there is no going back and no people to actually speak with. Maybe they need to hire more staff?

Useless company, useless product, useless customer service.Did not make a huge difference I am still bloated. Also ,the only time i ordered a product it took ages to arrive no customer service when you send them an email they never reply.Than they took money out of my account for a second order which was never placed from me.
Useless customer service and i want money back on my account!!!!

I have only tried the Arrae Bloat…

I have only tried the Arrae Bloat product, it does work after the first dose my midsection measurably shrunk 2 inches.

I dropped one star because the delivery takes forever and I am still waiting on part of the order.

Don't waste your money

Tried Arrae bloat, absolute rubbish, didn't make any difference to my symptoms whatsoever, not worth the money.
Left a review on company's website, it never made an appearance on there, guess it didn't meet their expectations..says it all.

The product DOES NOT WORK

The product DOES NOT WORK; and the customer service is horrendous. I gave the supplement three months to kick in and nothing. I cancelled my subscription, and then received an additional order post cancellation. I requested that the company take back the sealed order delivered post cancellation, and only refund me that single order and they were incredibly rude and refused. I wish I wouldn't have given them a try at all, or at least not as long as I did. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Bloat pills didn’t work

I bought the bloat pills after seeing the amazing reviews and got very hopeful but they have done absolutely nothing for me. Wanted to share to level out the reviews so people can make smart buying decisions. Maybe they will work for you but also they may not!

Very disappointed with Arrae sleep capsules but good quick response from Sam.

After waiting 3 weeks for my sleep Arrae capsules to arrive, I was bitterly disappointed. I was convinced by a close friend that these would work as her sister-in-law swore by them.
I experienced next to no sleep when I took 2 of these “miraculous” capsules.

I have asked for my money back, I’m waiting for a responsible reply.

I have had a good response from Sam & she tried to help me with tips for sleeping which I already knew but I was thankful. She said she would help me with a refund.

I tried 3 capsules last night but unfortunately with the same result.

I ordered Heartburn 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I will never order it again. When they took my order they should have notified me of any delays and given me the chance to cancel. Whether it works or not is now irrelevant as their customer service is woeful.
