Mi chiedo come edicolante se è normale far ordinare a un privato cittadino qualsiasi pubblicazione facendola reperire a sua insaputa nel suo negozio con tanto di pagamento immediato a carico con il proprio distributore locale senza sapere chi ha ordinato il pacco e se lo ritirerà. Una piattaforma deludente nel modo di lavorare.
Aggiornamento: il primo ordine è stato annullato. Ho riprovato ad acquistare dopo qualche tempo e ha funzionato, non so se forse i miei solleciti sono serviti a qualcosa ma ora pare migliorato il servizio.
Questo servizio arretrati Mondadori sarebbe ottimo se solo funzionasse. Ho trovato sul loro sito due libri che mi interessavano e ho fatto l'ordine il 30 agosto. Ad oggi, 23 ottobre, non è ancora stato evaso. Ho scritto un paio di volte al loro servizio clienti ma hanno solo detto che sarò evaso prossimamente. Risulta pronto da affidare all'edicola presso cui dovrei ritiralo ma non è ancora stato spedito. Spero che in futuro questo utile servizio possa tornare a funzionare.
