I ordered a cat litter (self cleaning). Everything was going good, until the packet was delivered? - I wasn’t at my door or a neighbour and arrolimi didn’t want to help where the packet was delivered… this was in September and they still didn’t help me. I lost my money and my pink litterbox :(
Scam.
Ordered and paid September 1st 2025, patiently waited until December but never received my order. Website is now down as well. It was likely a scam although it didn't seem so at the time. I have not seen ads from them in a while.
Scam the same as*hats as opencaner. Mohammad is a good scammer, to keep changing the company names and websites up and down. They blocked my number and I email harassing them everyday still.
Scam - paid for one litter box as wanted another robot one. Got the link through TikTok shop. Paid got tracking fine. Then our original litter box broke so I bought another - considering I’d got tracking and it even tallied up with my ‘shop’ app. The first has apparently been delivered…it hasn’t. Second is ‘still in transit’?? Yeah complete waste of time. Emails they say to be patient etc etc. website now down.
Paid £100 for two litter boxes and funny enough they have not come and they have deleted their website and won’t reply
Fraudsters. Avoid. You pay 50 quid , they give you a tracking number then claim it's been delivered. When you email they say to be patient. Store has now been taken down.

Absolutely appalled
I placed an order worth £50. Got tracking info over 2 weeks ago but haven't recieved my order.
They don't reply to emails and now the tracking doesn't work and the website seems to have been deleted.
It seems I will never receive my parcel or refund, how can they get away with it?
