A great experience all around. Our sales rep, Nate was responsive, thorough and clear giving us guidance on what would work best for us including new and used options. Our installation technician, Gabe was fantastic. We discussed specifications for our stairway and our personal preferences throughout the process. He made adjustments accordingly and we absolutely love the stair lift we purchased! The installers did a great job
The installers did a great job. They answered all questions. They were pleasant. We had a couple of minor glitches and came back a couple of days later. Hard to find things that don't happen all the time. They took off every cover and checked all of the connections and replaced a switch. No problems since.
