First appointment canceled
The first appointment had to be rescheduled because they overbooked & extremely busy. I didn't have an issue with that, I had an issue with them not contacting me to inform me. They apologized for the oversight and provided a discount. However, once I rescheduled, I didn't have an problem with Jaylen's work. Nice young man, knowledgeable and polite. I will use them again.

Experience was top notch all the way from Comfort Advisor to Technicians to Installer -- work was done in a timely manner -- all took time to lay down drop-cloths & clean-up nicely after a day of work. Systems operate quietly and efficiently. Put me in the highly pleased category.
Note: This was not a Rescue Rooter Situation -- rather, replace AC Units.
