I have been calling trying to get help…
I have been calling trying to get help with my new installed AC unit and inspection. I have been given appointments time an nobody shows up to my house. I am a new customer and have been waiting for two months for someone to come to my house and help with closing out my open permit.

This company has done a terrible job as we had several AC issues that we recently bought a year ago. ARS have been to our house several times to resolve AC issues thar have not been resolved. ARS charge several high out of pocket service maintenence and diagnostic at home visit. Not able to speak to a live agent on the phone and instead speak to an Artificial Intelligence agent. I am disappointed in the service and professionalism. Not recommended!

After being disappointed by two previous A/C technicians, I was beginning to lose hope. Then Joel Castillo came to my home, and everything changed.
Joel was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He performed a thorough assessment of my air conditioning system and immediately identified the problem. His diagnosis was right on the money. He explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident that my system was finally in the right hands.
What impressed me even more was his dedication. He returned the very next day after picking up the necessary parts and completed the repair without delay. Thanks to Joel, my family is no longer suffering in the 98-degree Miami heat. We finally have our air conditioning back, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
Joel is an outstanding technician and a true asset to ARS. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his customers are exactly what every service company should strive for. I sincerely hope he stays with this company for many years because he is one of the best representatives they could ever have.
