identity theft by art gen ai
I was a victim of identity theft and I had $70 worth of charges from this company on my card. I can’t get a hold of a human. this company is a scam and fraud and doesn’t want to list a phone number where you can contact them. I have sent repeated emails to their Support team with no reply. Luckily, I have a couple of family members to help me with the litigation process, and I look forward to tying this company up in court for years to come.

Tried to cancel this service numerous times and it always says , the system is not working .. well Amex cancelled it for me !
Please treat this as public notification that my subscrition is terminated …!

Impossible to cancel
Impossible to cancel – borderline scam
I strongly advise staying away from this service. It is practically impossible to cancel your subscription from the website: you can see your active plan, but there is no clear or working option to terminate it.
This is not an honest way to do business. Hiding or breaking the cancellation process is, in my view, deceptive and borderline scammy. I had to contact my bank to block future charges because the platform would not let me cancel in a normal, transparent way.
No serious company should make it this hard for customers to stop a subscription.

really good if you write your prompts…
really good if you write your prompts correctly.
had no issues doing img to img stuff for my business - gens quickly, you can queue up stuff if I also need a video (just played around for personal use w that - still good!).
i've tried others in the same price range (no namedrops sorry) and this one makes the most sense to me.
get this one if you have to choose, not sure what the hubbub is about - cancel button is right there in your profile people!!

STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS HUMANELY POSSIBLE! I have no active subscription yet they still charged me weekly. I verified I have no subscription and emailed the company and never heard a word. I got a new bank card and same thing. So now I need to cancel my bank account which is absolutely insane.

Useful tool for marketers!
I'm a marketing specialist, and I use ArtGen daily to generate images and videos for my work. I love the variety of models and how easy they are to use! I also appreciate the feature of image2video generation, + you can change the ratio and duration of your video.
I've even recommended the tool to some of my colleagues, and they seem to like it as well.
