Order process was easy. Payment ditto. Delivery the very next day exactly at the time they said. Product was delivered in perfect condition and at a very good price. Completely satisfied.

I'm very dissapointed about how this company works. I ordered washmachine and dryer to my disabled sister. When they delivered it to her house they dropped machines near the doors and left it. My sister lives in a 3 floor flat and she is not able to carry those machines. Now I have to hire people to take those machines to the third floor.

This is the worst company I have come across in the Benelux.

I am still waiting for a refund from this A&Craft and nobody is coming back . I have shipped the item back two weeks ago and I will report this case as fraud to the bank and police as well.

Don't ever buy from this lot!

Costumerservice, they have never heard of it! Our microwave doesn't work anymore after 1 year. They've send us to Siemens, the manufacturer. Siemens will charge us to repair the microwave, so we asked art and craft about our guarantee. No response anymore from art and craft. To get them on the phone takes ages...so never ever buy anything here, your guarantee means nothing to them.

Ordered a LG OLED after very bad experience with another supplier. Order was made at 17h and the TV was delivered next day at 14h. Very satisfied with product and delivery. I definitely recommend Art&Craft.

Ordering and delivery process perfect.

I did not test the advicing experience though and cannot judge on this side.

Purchase went fine and the price of the product was great. The delivery was made one day later than expected but this was a Black Friday weekend so I understood the delay. Nevertheless, I was happy that the product arrived on Sunday. All in all, smooth experience.

Very happy experience. Everything is superb!

Worst Costumer service ever!

my vacuum was supposedly with 2 years garantie but it was broken already within 11 months of use and they dont get responsability at all. They told me that the vacuum should be 2-5 weeks with them and there was no garanty that the vacuum was going to be fixed.... I have some proofs of how they have treated me with emails and I honestly dont think is professional at all.
I spent a lot in this vacuum because I thought the garanty was going to be worth it and now I feel I have been treated as a fool.

I hope this helps other potencial costumers!! Dont buy here!!!

Price is good ,
I bought a Samsung qled tv from them but it has a manufacturer defects with few pixels,
So i called them and send some photos to them that shows the defect , And they respond immediately and they replaced my tv with a new one .
So that's how the good companies supposed to respect their customers , by reacting and solve the issues as fast as possible.
So i realy advise you people to deal with Art & Craft.

ordered via Bol.com, "next day delivery". (placed order on friday, may 31 to be delivered next day) stayed home, no delivery.. called/mailed bol.com + Art&craft to check the status, delivery delayed to the end of the week.. (now on june 7=friday=end of the week) still no final answer.. no delivery... This is no way to treat clients!! (who spend almost 300€) I feel betrayed. No accurate update on the bol.com website = just misleading clients to place orders for their convenience... but this is far from convenience! money payed, no update, no possibility to clean my house (ordered a vacumcleaner), and several mails/telephones later still not sure WHEN I will receive my order. = SHAMEFULL SERVICE!

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered through Bol.com which then used Art & Craft.
My order was supposed to be next day delivery which was the 4/06/2019. My order is still sitting with the supplier according to the courier and nothing has been said or done in 2 days to try resolve this.
Would not use this company!
