Defective goods
I purchased a Siemen washer/dryer. It arrived defective. All necessary evidence of the defect has been provided, however I’m yet to hear back. The service line is unattended and no email response. I intend to report this to the consumer authority and will not shop again from this site.

Samsung HW Q70R soundbar
I purchased this early Jun 2020, and was very happy with both the product n delivery. Fast n efficient.
Will recommend to shop at Art & Craft and the Samsung Q70R, the sound quality is fantastic, it capture even a hint of footsteps n easy to connect. Once you have it hook into your TV, you'll never want to use the TV speaker at all.

Outstanding experience
Despite challenges from covid-19 and potential delay in delivery there were no issues and the tv was delivered in less than 24h after placing the order.
Contact with the customer service team was very professional and all questions and requested were resolved immediately.

Item damaged in shipping
I ordered a fridge (order no. AC-837006). One tray has been broken. An email was sent to customer service a week ago. NO REPLY. A reminder was sent yesterday. NO REPLY.
I am super unhappy.

After complaining here, I got reply from the company. The lady who helped me was quite nice. Eventually problem was solved.
Hence, instead of rating 1* as in the original post, I would give 3*.

Very dissapointing service
Very dissapointing service. I ordered a cooking robot, it mentioned delivery time 4-5 days. After 5 days without receiving any information of the package I write them and they say it's no longer available and they can only supply it in a month. They didn't communicate anything! If I wouldn't have written them I would still be waiting...
