I have bought art on artboost several times both for presents and my self.
I have never experienced anything bad and the service is alway excellent. Once, I received a print that had scratches. I contacted the artist and she did send me a new one the same day. I didn't even have to pay for the delivery.
I highly recommend artboost to others if you want something else when IKEA's mass produced "art".
