Artcristal Bohemia Reviews

You receive what you see. The package is nice. Everything arrived in less than a week. Rarely I found such efficiency. Amazing work!

Fantastic Service really fast delivery and packaged very well. Arrived safe and sound. Will definitely buy from them again

I ordered 2 birds with long tail, they arrived complete and perfectly. Good communication between the order and shipping.
The birds are lovely 😍

I couldn't have been happier! The customer service was top. I needed a rush order and they delivered in such an ethical and quality manner! I would buy again from them. The crystal globe was neatly packed, came in a superb container, it was lovely engraved and the quality was super!

Loved that they kept me informed during the entire process. My cat arrived and it was perfect. Very good experience!

Excellent products and service. When an item arrived broken, though it was the last one, they had factory make and ship a new one without question or cost.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the service and care I received from Jan. After a recent visit abroad, I had purchased a beautiful long-tailed glass bird. Upon my return home, I was devastated to see the tail was smashed to pieces from the trip home. I went online and ordered two more birds in the hopes they would both come intact. They arrived a short time later and one was broken. Jan quickly worked to replace the bird for me and I could not be happier! Love them and will be a repeat customer!

The glass elephant is truly superb quality, beautifully designed and exquisitely hand crafted (you might have gathered that I'm very pleased with it!).

Moreover, the care the Jan took to ensure the elephant was safely delivered to me was quite unbelievable - I've never had such good service before.

ordering was easy. Communication from the supplier was great and the product is just what I was expecting. Excellent all round.

Its my first time purchase glasswork from Artcristal Bohemia. I ordered 6 egg shaped paperweight. The product was so classy, authentic & Wonderful artcristal. I really love your glassworks very much and sure will repeat order again.

These were Christmas gifts and with the shipping disarray this year it was looking a lot like they may not make it but they did. This ship owner is the absolute best to work with. I am so excited to see what my family thinks of their special gift this year. This shop is an absolute jewel to shop at. They actually monogram each glass piece to add that special zing. The owner communicated with me regularly and made sure my order was exactly as I wanted and kept me updated through the shipping process. Fabulous customer service at a time when that is no longer the norm. Great prices, fabulous products and personal customer service. Can't get any better. Definitely a win!

The glass Heron was beautiful. Excellent quality. Great communication with Jan throughout the entire process. Shipping was quick and my purchase arrived well packaged. Don't hesitate to purchase from Artcristal Bohemia
