Purchase of poor quality product but experience of good customer service and problem resolution
My custom product was shipped in a way that makes it impossible to assemble. The problem is easy to see from my photos, even for a technical non-expert. Customer service still does not understand the problem and does not get back to me for days. In addition, the product is poorly manufactured, there seems to be no quality control.
UPDATE: I had a clarifying phone call with customer services today and the issues have been fully resolved. Artemest acknowledged the production problems and apologised for the inconvenience. They have already refunded the costs.
