We are Partners with Dragon Shield as well as being a verified Pokemon Play! WPN and OTS store. We encourage everyone to leave an honest review, be it on our store, gaming centre, service or website interactions as we always have aims on improving We aim to be the best place to buy and are dedicated to being the most affordable TCG retailer in town. Keep getting emails to review them even though I've not received anything due to it being a pre-order. Happy with everything up to now i.e price and ease to place the order but we are only half way there...

Brilliant shop with friendly staff!
Great card shop, they have had some amazing products in at really good prices! Everytime I go in the staff have been friendly and very helpful, specially with me only recently getting back into card games. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Sold more items than they had stock
Sold more items than they had stock. Pre Ordered items a number of weeks ago to now receive a notice to say "not enough stock, here's a refund"
It's common sense to know what's coming in and what's going out and now I can't get the items from an alternative store in time for release.

We apologize for your poor experience in this instance and, as in our private correspondence regarding your purchase, both of the main UK distributors have had their allocations cut after stores had pre ordered and the product will not be reprinted. As soon as we found out this information we notified any customers with pre orders over our new allocation and issued refunds.
We understand your frustration but this incident im afraid is out of our hands and a full refund was issued
