Insult to injury!

Insult to injury!

Delivery driver hit a wall inside our property. Artemis sent a couple of so called tradesmen to repair it.

They made a quick bodge whilst ignoring the scope I agreed to. Either not enough sand in cement mix or the rain washed the cement out. Coping stones placed obviously out of level and pointing falling out after a couple of days. They returned and left it worse than before.

Manager sent and instead of rectifying issue decide to verbally attack me, insinuating that the wall had been hit again by another vehicle. Whilst the copes were obviously still cemented in place.

After his verbal bullying, I decided to have the work carried out by someone else at my expense.

If Artemis are handling your insurance claim, beware they use the worst of repair people without regard to outcome.

This company just cold-called me

This company just cold-called me. The lady said she was calling about damage to a road sign. I asked what road sign she was talking about and she said she couldn't give me that information. I then asked who caused the damage and she said she also couldn't give out that information. I was thoroughly confused and suggested that we end the call there. Overall, a very odd experience and not a particularly pleasant disruption to my day.

Repairs took ages and not a good finish

This Company arranged and carried out repairs to our boundary wall after a car collision.
It took 5 months to complete the works and I had to source the replacement bricks tiles and copings which took many days of research. The finish was poor, the cement mix did not match the existing and was not pointed in the same way as the existing wall. It now looks very stark in contrast to the existing wall.

My double garage and workshop damage

My double garage and workshop wall was hit by a car and badly damaged and I was involved in a third party claim. Being aware of the possible problems with this type of claim I was expecting it to be difficult.
I sent all details through to Churchill Insurance Company; they required two quotes which I obtained from two local builders. After a few weeks delay I was contacted by Artemis Third Party Property Damage Solutions. Then things got moving, they sent round Rob who was the owner of Shield Building UK Ltd. He mapped out a scope of work to my requirements; within a week he submitted the work scope to Artimis who sent it to me for my approval.
A three days later a team of two builders arrived with materials to build an enclosure around the workshop area of the garage as there were many valuable items there that would be insecure once the wall was down.. The following day all materials arrived and work commenced. It was a large wall with pillars, electric up and over door and a heavy pitched roof that required support. The guys arrived on site at 8am each morning and worked through the day.
The finished work was excellent they had matched the old bricks as best as possible and always left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. The building team were very polite and were builders of a high standard.
Throughout the claim the Artemis team of Amelia Carrington Miller Kev Asagba and Ben Gray kept fully updated of progress and were very polite and answered all my queries.
So I was provided a 5* service by an excellent team that took away all the hassle from a potentially stressful situation. I would strongly recommend Artemis for any third Party Claim.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Worst customer service. Ringing late morning for a person and they say the person is on the phone and will ring you back if their dairy is free for today. Just a claim handler sounds like a prime minister.
