The method to affix the mirror to the wall is substandard. Two anchors into drywall is not sufficient. The mirror was too heavy for the drywall and ripped out of the wall. This mirror needs to have a bar that is screwed into the wall that the mirror can hang on.

These are beautiful mirrors, well made. We purchased two mirrors - a round and a rectangular. Relatively easy to install (they are a bit heavy, packed with all they do) and require a bit of wiring, and the end result is worth the effort. We had a small problem with one of the mirrors and it was resolved quickly because they value their customers and their products. Delivery was quick (from Poland!) and the product well packaged. We would recommend these folks for a truly exceptional mirror.

Luxurious and modern design! Having this mirror in our new bathroom is spectacular. It is functional and beautiful. My husband sent me the link and I selected the features we thought were best for us, the date feature, the makeup mirror for me and Bluetooth feature for ... well us. Why not? The lighting is pristine and the on off button well it's not really a button it's a wave of your finger to turn on or off... how lovely! Great mirror and worth it! Delivery from Poland was even faster than I expected, packaging was immaculate and didn't have any flaws. We're extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you Artforma.

The delivery of our order was a bit slow. The mirror is great, one thing I don't like about the mirror is the light border on the edge is almost 3 inches from the actual edge of the mirror, making the last 3 border kind of useless. I would have liked to have the lights at the very very edge of the mirror making more useful mirror space. It makes the mirror look small as well. Thank you

We ordered 2 large mirrors and one medicine chest. Arrived faster than I expected and in pristine condition. People walk into our bathroom and they are amazed at the beauty of these mirrors. "where did you buy them?" etc... All good things.... Our builder lost the remote for our google tv and I emailed the company. They responded asap and I was able to get a replacement with amazon. No issues and we are beyond happy with our mirrors.

I have had an excellent experience with customer service. They were very helpful and prompt with responding to emails and phone calls within 24 hours. The mirror looks excellent and we have received lots of compliments from family and friends.

This company is a Fraudster company! Beware! Report to the BBB and FTC!

They sent me a very expensive mirror which on arrival was cracked in the corner. They asked me to take more pictures to show them the extent of the damage so I hung it up and took pictures of it. Then after following their instruction they responded that I now voided their return policy and would not process a return.

This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced and coming from a High End product like this is completely shameful.

The mirror and lighting quality is amazing! I was searching for months for a high quality makeup vanity mirror that doesn’t have any tacky logos or globes on it and this was exactly what I was searching for. The fact that I had it custom made to size and delivered to Perth Australia within a few weeks was also great service. For most custom made items at other places you wait minimum 3 months. Well worth the money.

Good products, work well and easy to install. Just one thing, it's not easy enought to design your mirror and be shure of what you choose.

I have again and again disappointment from the service of Artforma. First they have sent me a mirror with the sensor of the light in the wrong place. I needed to write many emails before they agreed to change the mirror to the one I have actually ordered. Unfortunlly, the sensor and light of the second mirror stopped working after only few month. sincse than it is again few month of emails, no solution yet. The first client service worker have offered a solution to which I have agreed, but her offer was changed by another college of her ( Olga) who repeatedly do not seem to want to help. Next to that we have ordered a built in clock in the mirror, the clock shows nothing of the correct time. We need to change the time every few days to have it closed to the actual time. Very disappointing

Confidence in product based on review of large number of review, the website ordering experience is superior with the ability to actually see what a feature looks like, know the price real time as features are added/adjusted/removed, tracking of package, and where DHL was in the final delivery process vua their DHL truck tracking feature. I was most concerned about how a product this big and heavy would make it safely from Poland to USA. Received the product and was easily the absolute best packed product I have ever received. Not one issue with product quality due to shipper mis-handling.

Second mirror we have ordered from. The first one was for our holiday let. It arrived damaged. Artforma replaced it without issue. The second was for our new home. Arrived promptly and really pleased with the quality.

Received my bathroom mirror a week ago the mirror is super nice.
I liked that I was able to customize it to my specs. Lots of sizes and options are offered on their website.
Mirror was delivered in about 10 days not bad delivery time considering it was shipped from Poland. A great! Look for my modern style bathroom.
