Bought a few months ago and I highly recommend. The Artforma team provided excellent communication after I placed my order, and the mirror arrived promptly and looked even better than the images.

I bought a mirror from Artform about a year ago. There were problems from the beginning. A year ago, it was difficult to configure that there was a magnifying mirror and a weather station on one side, and this is how I put it into production, because it seemed nice to me and, logically, it did not take up a large part of the mirror. I received an email saying that he can't do it this way and some excuses. When I wrote back that I had ordered it this way and that I would like it there as I ordered it, they finally agreed and it arrived according to the order. After about a year, the lighting strip near the magnifying mirror started to come off. I wrote a complaint to Artforma and they charged me CZK 3,000 back for the mirror. To that I wrote that for a mirror for 20,000,-CZK I think it is an inadequate amount, so we agreed that I would send the mirror for a claim. He accepted the courier and picked it up carefully wrapped. About a week later, they heard that the mirror had been broken and that they would make a new one, but the magnifying mirror and weather station would no longer be in one place. I did not agree with that, because I ordered it because it is in one place and it looks better. Finally they did it in one place and the mirror arrived. It's just that the dimming of the light, which worked for me with the first one, doesn't work. I was waiting by the mirror for 20,000 CZK that it would last longer and that the complaint would be processed to the customer's satisfaction. In the end, I return the mirror and unfortunately do not recommend the company. I have not seen so much time spent with complaints and a negative approach in a long time.

All went as agreed. Mirror cabinet is very nice.

Fast, deliverer well packaged

Overall, I was quite disappointed with the mirror. The lighting (probably the biggest reason for me buying the mirror) is mostly decorative (despite choosing the pricier Philips LED) as opposed to the pictures where the light seems to be much stronger. Basically it's just that - a mirror with a decorative lighting. Don't expect much more than that. For the money I did expect bit more.

Excelent quality, perfect packing and realy fast shipping. This was the best custm mirror I have seen so far.

No accompanying documentation.
I don't kno how to eletricaly connect the lighting and heating. I do not know, the real technical parametres (electrically consumption, type of lights - if it is Philips or not etc.).
Due to that I am sending back.

The mirror is delivered in order. It fully fulfills its practical and aesthetic function. And since it is located in a temporarily humid environment, I hope that it will also have a reasonable service life.

Good product, but too msny tapes over mitror, hard to removr

Everything is fine. But I have one suggestion for improvement. The clock shines too much at night for our taste. I don't have to turn the lights on if I go to the toilet at night. It would be nice if there would be some sensor which will adjust the brightness based on the surroundings.

First my wife and me were a little bit sceptical. This price and this quality described on the homepage. As well as we compared similar bath furniture at local companies dealing with bath mirrors and complete bath equipment.
Our decision to order was the right way.
Properly packed- better not possible the mirror arrived. Not even rhe smallest damage. The assembling was not difficult and easy to manage.
In the meanwhile (3 months) without this mirror the beginning of every morning is unimaginable without this furniture.
Quality, price and service of the selling crew will be voted with 100 percent

Broken lights and the support from company was the worst what i ever seen.

I am very satisfied with the product, good quality, interesting functions.
Helpfulness, wiliness in communication with company employees.
I recommend this manufacturer and its products.

Unfortunately, I was unable to pair the mirror with the WiseMirror app.

The worst service ever. Package came fine, mirror looked different then on the web. Catastrophic customer care, the worst one. You have to send it back to poland which costs kind of the mirrors itself. Never buying there anything again, nor the people I know.
