All the problems solved with dialog

I bought a full extra mirror about 3 months ago with a cost over the 500 euros
I noticed with email a defective and not working properly part of the mirror(led problem or else) and after a lot of emails with customer care of your company I have not find any solution to my problem
I send to the company everything needs to recognize the problem(photos even videos) but nothing happen yet and don’t forget that I have active European guarantee

After a lot of emails the after sales department send to me a replacement set of the defective inner mirror and for the cost of establishment by an electrician a refund of 100 euros

A Polish site pretending to be Greek
I haven't received the mirror yet. It is supposed to come today. What I do not appreciate is the fact that I thought I was ordering the mirror via a Greek site with an estimated delivery of 4 days. There was a 4-10 day shipping notice but thinking that I was ordering from a Greek site (fully in Greek language) the mirror would arrive in 3 days. Nope. Not the case. Suddenly I get emails from a company in Poland regarding the mirror. If I order my product from a Greek site I am expecting my parcel to arrive from within Greece and not Poland.
P.S.
After reading your reply to the above review:
The main issue is not the delay, is that you have made a fully Greek site and you are tricking people thinking that they are ordering from a Greek business within Greece. This should or, if it's not yet, be illegal for sure?
