Delivery service was great. Received goods really quickly. Great communication. Delivered within the 2 hour period and even received a call to let me know that the delivery was within 10 minutes. No missing pieces to the furniture

I have had this bed for a year, and recently the panels became loose and damaged. I contacted the warehouse and ordered three replacement panels, but it has now been six weeks, and I still haven’t received anything. As a result, I’ve been forced to sleep on the floor, which is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. The lack of communication and delay in resolving this issue has been very disappointing.

Don’t normally leave reviews but the service from this company was great from start to finish and the delivery company were superb giving a two hour window then letting me know when they were 20 minutes away and delivered 2 weeks before expected!!! The item is gorgeous too well made and even more beautiful in person definite five star rating from me!!

To be honest we are finding it even with the help of more hands hard to put together the furniture even a simple side table for the bed. I don’t think we will be buying anymore furniture from you again unfortunately. And the instructions are confusing and parts are not even labelled.

Good communication with delivery date,arrived on time,well packed and no damage, instructions where relatively easy to follow, everything was packed in box's for the build..

IFirst time I've ordered from this website and what an experience. Firstly the good part, the quality of the Wardrobe I ordered is good and sturdy considering it's an online retailer & price paid. That's the only good part.
The bad - no instructions provided with the package so I I had to use the online PDF, not great when trying to put something together whilst having to look at your phone every few mins. The worst part though was the parts are not labelled so I had to use a tape measure to cross the check dimensions before putting it together. When I contacted the customer service team all I got was a hollow apology. I'm normally quite adept at putting things together but this was my worst experience of flat pack furniture. The instructions were unclear and some of the parts required specific techniques to put together, why leave key details like that out?. It's a real shame because the wardrobe is nice but I won't be using this retailer again.

Good quality product, complex to build

Beautiful furniture and perfect service! Everything arrived on time, and the communication was friendly and professional.

We had an accident and managed to bend the hinges on our folding bed, I contacted Arthur’s support and within minutes they supplied a parts diagram, the correct parts were identified and new parts dispatched the very next day, with an apology for the delay! All at no charge! Fantastic customer service!

I pushased the Arit wardrobe in white,it arrived four days after ordering, which was fantastic! My husband and I put it up, it took two days ( only due to having to go to work also),we followed the instructions which we felt were simple and clear. All the parts were there, with no damage. We are so so happy with it. It's solid and looks absolutely amazing. I also bought the over head led lights, which add class to the wardrobe and makes the room look cosy. I had a few questions prior delivery, which were answer within a few hours.
I will be decorating my bedroom in January so will definitely be buying a new wardrobe from this company. I will be recommending this company to friends, work colleagues and family.

The folding bed that I purchased is the most complex bed you can assemble the instructions says 200 minutes but it took whole of Saturday. The instruction are very confusing and there lots of items missing. I am reporting these items now. I highly recommend that proper review of the docmentation is necessary. I would not recommend these folding beds. The quality is always not great

Great delivery service,floating tv unit was perfect.

What began as a disappointing experience culminated in a good result. The company offered a discount for my inconvenience and the delivery men went above and beyond when they delivered my item this morning.

From ordering to delivery, constant updates were received. Quick and efficient delivery. Product itself great quality and for a flat pack, instructions were pretty good. I am very happy with the outcome. It looks great in situ.
