Shoes arrived next working day as promised and fit like a glove. Prices were competitive and entire experience was positive overall. Would recommend this company.

I placed an order with Arthur Knight for a pair of shoes on February 26, 2019 . The purchase was charged to my card and paid for weeks ago and I have not yet received my shoes or any other communication. I'm at a loss as to how to resolve this issue .

I wrote a review yesterday on this company and their lack of communication after I made a purchase. My credit card was charged immediately, and two weeks later the order still stated "processing" on the website. This UK based company does not have a toll-free number, and I wasn't having any luck trying to reach them via email on their website. Fortunately, Trustpilot sent my review to them immediately, and they successfully emailed me yesterday. They stated they had tried to email me to clarify a sizing question about my order, but I did not receive their emails. I have cancelled this order, and they are issuing a credit, so Trustpilot helped me to reach them, and I appreciate that. Lessons learned for both of us with this order.

Ordered shoes for the first time from Arthur Knight yesterday morning, this afternoon I’m sitting with the beautifully packaged delivery of shoes on my lap. Very happy with the quality, care in packaging and overall experience. Would highly recommend.

I am traveling to London in three weeks and was planning to purchase two new pairs of Panama Jack boots to replace the two pairs that I've had for almost 20 years. (Unfortunately, they are currently not available for sale in the United States any more.) However, no shops in London carried my size or could ship them to me. Thankfully, I came across the Arthur Knight Shoes website. I found both pairs in my size and at a slightly lower price than any shop in London. On Monday afternoon, I called Arthur Knight directly and spoke to Taro. He was very friendly and helpful. He suggested that I purchase the boots from the website. He then said that he would look for the order and do his best to to get them to my home in the United States before my trip to London. Within 12 hours of placing the order, I received a confirmation of my order and that the boots had already been shipped! Amazingly, the boots just arrived at my home this evening - four days from the time that I purchased them! The Panama Jack boots were just as good as I expected. However, the best part of this transaction was the quality of service and attention to detail that I received from Taro and Arthur Knight shoes. I'm usually reluctant to purchase items overseas. However, I would gladly purchase from Arthur Knight again knowing that they are a business that seems to be built on honesty, quality and efficiency. Thank you Arthur Knight. Great Job.

I just love their shoes! OK a bit pricey, but what a fantastic selection! I've treated myself to several pairs, and love them all. Excellent service, fast delivery. There are no local shoe shops for me that have anything like the selection of quality shoes Arthur Knight has, and I'm hooked. Have also bought a pair of shoes for my wife. Not quite the selection for women, but any bloke that wants classy shoes Arthur Knight is the site. Highly recommended.

I always wait for their Sale period to get the best deals. I don't think the brand is famous but that doesn't bother me!
