For various reasons (what will it look like, will the colour match our decor, will it be comfortable, will the seating be to deep or low to the ground, is this an investment we want to make sight unseen, is the company reputable, do they deliver to Quebec, etc.) we were reluctant to order a sofa online but eventually decided on our purchase after much research and a recommendation from Nick Lewis, a Canadian interior design YouTuber who claimed to own a Ceni sofa and who said that he would definitely purchase another. We were impressed by the quick turnaround, delivery, and the quality of the product. The design, style, colour and material far exceeded our expectations and we truly believe that we could not have had a better experience or product from any furniture store in our area, even the more high end stores. Thank you Article, you made our very first online furniture purchase very positive.

From start to finish my experience with Article was top-notch. Firstly, the Dako sideboard that I ordered online is exquisite. It's exactly what I was looking for and at the perfect price point, too. It's beautifully designed, solidly built, and has a gorgeous finish. I love the soft-close doors on the cupboards. Nice touch! The delivery went beautifully and the guys contacted me 20 minutes before they arrived. I noted the care they used in bringing the item inside and placing it carefully where I specified. It weighs about three-hundred pounds, so this was no small feat. There was a slight hiccup as one of the shelf pegs was missing from the parts pack. This was quickly and easily resolved and I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service I received.

Amazing customer service. Ordered a sofa and it came damaged, called them back, let them know. Quick turnaround. They came with the new replacement couch and left with the old one free of charge. Very happy with the product, good quality and comfort.

Could not be more thrilled with my purchase. True quality. The wood of the table is beautiful and the blue in the chairs a perfect combination. Article’s pictures are a true representation of the furniture. Great customer service as I had to postpone delivery more than once due to a renovation in progress.

Purchased a Plumas White Oak Dining Table for $899. Upon first use, several drops of soy sauce dribbled on the table. I immediately wiped up the sauce with a damp cloth as directed in the product care description, but the soy sauce stained the wood! I have tried all of the conventional cleaning methods to try to remove the stain, and Article's response was "try wiping it with a damp cloth." They are now telling me there is nothing they can do, and i should consult a cleaning professional. Who would have more professional experience with this product than Article? No where is there any advisory or warning that this type of wood is vulnerable to staining. It is a dining table, yet you cannot dine at it unless you cover it with a plastic tablecloth. Not the look I was going for.... I am so disappointed in the product and in Article's response.

Here is an update after receiving the "response" from Article: I received NO care instructions with the delivery of the table; only assembly instructions. customer service was dismissive and condescending; I was offered NO RESOLUTION. I would like to return this table - it is NOT A VIABLE DINING TABLE.

Resolution: Article resolved this situation to our complete satisfaction. The table is beautiful and we are puzzled that it did not have some kind of protective surface.
