Mediocre products and predatory return policy
When I ordered a $98 desk lamp, I expected premium quality. Instead, I received a mediocre lamp with a unit price of $18. To make matters worse, Articture forces customers to pay the cost of return shipping and they only issue partial refunds. I would categorize this site as a scam.

I made an order on their website in August 2022 and it never arrived (ORDER #97735). I emailed them and they asked me to fill out a claim for the shipping company. I asked them to refund my money and they have not done so yet! Its been 6 months!

Beautiful lamp
After seeing a bird lamp I'd had my eye on come up for sale I decided to bite the bullet and order one, despite mixed reviews online about the company and the goods appearing to come from overseas. I must admit that I didn't get either the product or any communication from the company for 5 weeks. However, when l finally contacted them their reply was swift and the product arrived two days later. The lamp is beautiful and I'm very happy with it.

I'd give them a zero if I could, for customer service, the product I purchased (a wireless charging-station lamp) would get a two or three.
The lamp was a gift; it buzzes when in use in such a way that gave my dad headaches, the dimmest setting is pretty dark, and it's way bigger than the company's website image. So, I emailed them to help me process a return because it's really hard to find how on their website, first red-flag. After FIVE emails, I can't return it. First, it was: Let us help you fix your lamp. Fix their bad product?! Then it was: keep it, but let's help you find something else, in addition. Next, it's: sure you can return it, if you have all the protective plastic covers and original boxing and it's packed in a way we like. But, no, it was a gift at Christmas so no on your boxing and, here's the real catch - you have to take the protective plastic off for the thing to work!! So how can you try it and use it if you kept those on? No answer. Then it was, ok send it back and we'll inspect if we think it's ok to return. I ask, well if you don't think so do you send it back to me so I can sell it or donate or anything? Them: no. They keep the product and my money, but we'll escalate your question...two weeks later and nothing.
All of this comes out piece by piece after wasting everyone's time with six rounds of emails back and forth. Their products aren't cheap, but the quality might be (at least what I ordered) and their customer service sure is. It's a lot of money I'm losing, and still will spend again to get the right product somewhere else. Only shop with this company if you're 100% sure that you want whatever they send you.
Don't get fooled by their nice website
Before buying, search the name of the device on Google, you'll find that the orginal devices are sold by Amazon and other websites in 1/5 of the price that this scammer website ( Articture) is selling.
Their company is in India and is operated by god only knows who.

I bought a "smart sound machine" from this website, and paid $300.
Paid extra for fast delivery, but it took 2 months to be delivered.
After it was delivered, I realized how flimsy and fake it looks, so I looked for the original device and realized the original is being sold at the price of $70 on Amazon.
A positive resolution
I am surprised by the various negative reviews as they differ from my recent experience. I purchased 2 sets of cutlery from them last year, it arrived as it should and has been great. Unfortunately the colour has faded (assume from using the dishwasher). I contacted the company and despite my order being 12mths ago they offered to send a further set to me. They were quick in their responses by email and provided a positive resolution. Fingers crossed the replacements turn up but so far so good.
They offered free steel straws and then cancelled order
Updated review - I emailed them to ask why they cancelled the ordered. They replied that they were out of stock - the straws are still on their site advertising buy one get one free. Very dishonest.

I had a bad experience
I had a bad experience. Ordered a picture. Did not hear anything for three months. When I contacted them and inquired about it, I was told the picture was no longer available and could pick out a different item for same or less value. I did pick another picture at a lesser value and received it, fully expecting a refund of the difference. They would not refund me the $100 difference and said they could only give me a $20 credit. I then kept seeing that the original picture I first ordered was still being sold. When I asked about it, since they said it was no longer available, I received no answer. I asked several times and was never given an answer. I will never do business with this company again and advise others to be very cautious. Extremely disappointed.

I was very thankful to be updated and I will say that Articture followed through and delivered some awesome dishware that I really love! Very shady very bad experience..when I was purchasing products there was no warnings that they needed to fulfill the orders first which they said it will take 3-4 weeks. Here I am at 5 weeks, with no shipping confirmation no product. Unbelievable. They sound like a drop shipping company and their shipment wait times are longer than usual. They definitely have vendor problems. Don't believe their product descriptions or timeline. Save your time and money, go else where

Great company, Great products and most importantly Great customer service! I have ordered several items from this Articture and I have never felt unsatisfied by what I have received. I had an issue with a power adapter for one of my lamps, and the response from the customer service team was quick and they resolved my issue to complete satisfaction. These days dealing with online purchases and questionable establishments can always be nerve-racking, so it's nice to be able to deal with a company that sells a variety of products and stands behind them ensuring complete customer satisfaction. We all tend to review so quickly when we have a negative interaction, I think that's its equally important to leave feedback when we have positive ones. 5 Stars!

Funky Lamps r' Us!!
We've ordered a few times from Articture, because they do have a funky line of products...we especially love their lamps. On my last order, we had a bit of an issue in terms of delivery delay, compounded by a residence move. I worked with AJ at their office, and he took very good care of me and found a solution, ensuring that my latest lamp was expedited to me. I'll definitely be buying from these folks again!~

I had a glitch with what I ordered - entirely my fault as my tech did not match the item I ordered and was therefore not compatible. Nevertheless customer service was quick to respond and as an act of good will gave me a part refund. Above and beyond what I would expect.
