We bought 3 prismatic pendant lights for our kitchen. They look stunning. They are very well made and make a fabulous statement. Delivery was very quick and the packaging was excellent.

Just the most gorgeous of wall lights! Made up with them, the Rocco in soft green almost a F&B Mizzle. For my kitchen. Nicest lights ever.
I have had such a frustrating passed few months with some very well known online companies that were not cheap, supposed to be luxury products that are such poor quality and have had to be returned because of faults or unavailable stock. Making you wait months literally till they come back in.
This was my first purchase with Artifact, do not regret it they were prompt, well wrapped, beautiful and totally worth it.

I visited the beautiful showroom today and was bowled over by how stunning the lights are and also how helpful the staff were. Every colour and finish is utterly beautiful and Leila sat with me for over an hour to choose from the range and to give me lots of tips. I even met one of the makers who popped in from over the road where he crafts the lights!

Love my new Factory lights, they look great in our studio. They arrived well wrapped and packaged. Brilliant small business.

I was worried that the Rocco range may be fragile and could break in transit however they arrived very well packaged and totally unharmed ,the shades look great once I put them up and are very unique.

Amazing customer service, they rang to check my order after spotting my components didnt match. Order arrived promptly, parts were all top quality and the light looks great.

We bought a lightbulb from them for £15 (!!) on 23/06/2020. The lightbulb lasted less then 6 months and the company just told us that unfortunately they only have a 30 days warranty on these bulbs. A review about exactly the same lightbulb was written on 18/06/2020 on the company’s website, stating the same issue such as it lasted for 7 months before breaking, but Artifact lighting did actually replace the poor quality lightbulb. The sub-standard quality must have been obvious to the company as they managed to replace the other customer’s product but this time they just shrugged their shoulder with a ‘sorry’ and send the dear and valued customer away after spending a small fortune on a single lightbulb! What an amazing customer service and quality company!

Fantastic customer service from this company. We changed our minds a few times about the type of pendant lights we wanted and they were exceptionally fast and courteous in replying to emails and refunding the money. We ended up settling on some copper pendants and are very happy with the quality of the product.

I will definitely be using this company again and very much recommend them.

FACTORY INDUSTRIAL PENDANT LIGHT - RAW
I initially only bought one of these but after I had fitted this lamp I had to order another one as it looks so beautiful and throws a stunning light. The lamp is fitted in my kitchen with a 6V ‘edison style’ LED clear bulb allowing the light to escape through the slots on the top and illuminating the ceiling. Being a silver raw colour the white ceiling then reflects the light back onto the top of the lamp giving it an illusion that the lamp is oddly transparent. The nickel domestic ceiling rose looks great, too
