A real shame that the company have very poor aftercare. The cladding looks great on the wall but some boards were warped and the reveal quadrant is that tightly manufactured that when cut to fit it splays out from 90 degrees. Then on top of it all they charged me quite a lot for some colour matched screws and sent me a bag of 5 inch nails. Despite many calls in to resolve the issues they still haven’t after several weeks so I have just given up now as I do not have the time.

Have contacted Daniel to express an issue with my order and concerned that due to my own error that I would be responsible for additional costs.

I was instantly put at ease and my issue resolved with no further costs

Excellent service

First class company in terms of product quality, service and reliability. I have used their cladding on my new build house and it looks stunning, and much more competitive on price than others. If you have any queries, they are so helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Bought some slatted cladding to replace some timber cladding we had on our dormer & couldn't be happier with the result! The guys at Artificial talked us through everything we would need for the job and delivered the cladding a couple of days. Great Compnay!!

The service we received from day one from the Artificial Living team was first class. They provided numerous samples to assist us in making our selection. Once we had made our choice, delivery was within less than a week. The quality of the packaging and how well they were protected was fantastic. The driver was a nice guy and carried them into our hall. Finally, the quality of the slat wall is top notch. Very well made and the backing felt is very substantial. Fantastic experience. Can’t believe people are actually giving a company like this 1* reviews over missing samples, my samples went missing in the post, I reported the issue and they reposted the samples 1st class. Will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends!!!
