Product is of great quality and was delivered in just 2 days. Encountered a few issues before ordering but managed to resolve via fb messenger. Customer service wasn't the best I've ever had but product makes up for it

They sent my samples instantly and allowed me to make my decision quickly
All planks look good condition but will update as I go through install and free fittings absolutely brilliant and time saver trying to work out how many I need.
Very quick response to emails
Delivery driver was polite and helpful, put my delivery exactly where I asked.
Overall really happy and will be getting a second batch once my first deck area is complete.
One improvement that could be made is communication on delivery, initially had email saying we’d be in touch regarding delivery but didn’t receive any comms.
I emailed asking when it would be and stated 7-10 working days which was fine, so was expecting something later that week to say delivery would be made X day but just had delivery driver turn up at 6:30 on a bank holiday.
Delivery driver fair play even thou had started to unload once I opened up my garden he moved the planks again.

Decking
Really happy with the delivery, despite the delays, I was well informed on the delivery time and got my decking delivered earlier then from most of the providers delivery time. Driver was very nice and helpful, assisting to bring the materials into the house. Definitely recommend: good product and good value for money.
