Poor after sales. Avoid at all costs. Cannot trust a word they say.
Having previously been scammed by an independent I thought I would go to a proper company and it seems there are loads of people in the artificial grass world that are a bunch of crooks.
The process of buying and installation etc was fine no issues apart from the fact that the join line between two pieces could be visibility seen. Was told that if I keep brushing the grass the join line will disappear and they would bring their powerbrush to help. Religiously brushed the grass every month for months but still there, powerbrush never arrived too. Noticed weeds growing in places in the grass too. Even got the head fitter back who after reviewing the situation agreed that the grass needed replacing and will organise it to be replaced.
Months on. No grass replaced and they will point to parts in the T&C to weasel their way out of replacing the grass.
Guarantee is worthless. Company cannot be relied on their word. Avoid this company at all costs if you want quality customer service
