I have not received the painting yet
I have not received the painting yet. And i have been promised to get the tracking number and never got it. No one is answering my email. I am extremely disappointed by the treatment in this time purchase!

You're right; I did promise to provide the tracking number on Saturday, but due to a packing delay, I could only send it on Monday. I understand how frustrating this must have been.

Still haven’t received it
Still haven’t received it! It seems DHL hasn’t been able to communicate for 4 days and can’t tell us what has happened to the painting. Never again!

I had a good experience with Artinoor
I had a good experience with Artinoor. I only gave it a four because communication seemed to drop after I confirmed the artists design. I had to reach out to them to find out the status at which time, they looked into it and worked on getting my painting shipped. I also am not at all a fan of DHL which caused problems getting it delivered and that is how they sent it out. All that being said, I am in love with the print - it's a beautiful piece and was packaged very carefully as a FRAGILE piece to avoid any damage.

Damage issue was quickly resolved
I received a painting that had been damaged during shipping. The situation was resolved easily and quickly. I appreciate that in a company.
And I have to say that the painting was great, exactly as I imagined it.

I usually buy original paintings after…
I usually buy original paintings after seeing them in person at art fairs or galleries so this was a new experience for me. After choosing my painting and placing my order I received timely updates about the progress of my painting. I received photos and a quick video of the completed painting but was not completely satisfied. I pointed out the issues I had and received a quick response and was assured the artist would be informed and the painting revised. I then received updated photos and a video that showed the artist corrected the issues and I approved the new version. I received the painting and it is perfect! Very happy with the experience and am considering another piece from the catalogue.

My experience with Artinoor was…
My experience with Artinoor was excellent. I was given updates throughout the entire process. I wanted something changed on my painting and it was changed to what I envisioned with no problem. The painting was finished in a reasonable amount of time and the painting was packaged with extra care to ensure it arrived undamaged. I would definitely order from Artinoor again.
