Size 0 Series S is good.

I’ve been using the Artis Opus Series S Size 5 Brush Set for a while now and they’ve completely changed the way I paint miniatures. The quality is outstanding — every brush holds a perfect point, even after long painting sessions, which makes fine detail work so much easier and more enjoyable.
The sable hair has an incredible paint flow and control, helping with everything from smooth layering to precise edge highlights. You can really tell these brushes were designed by painters who understand miniature painting. The ergonomics are excellent too; they feel balanced and comfortable in the hand, especially during longer projects.
What impressed me most is the durability. With proper care, they keep their shape brilliantly compared to many other premium brushes I’ve tried. The Size 5 in particular is surprisingly versatile — large enough for efficient base coating and blending, yet still sharp enough for detailed work.
The presentation and packaging also feel premium, making the whole set feel special from the moment you open it. Expensive? Yes — but absolutely worth it if you take miniature painting seriously. These brushes genuinely make painting more relaxing, more consistent, and more rewarding.

The products and brushes are top-notch—no complaints there, thank you! However, the shipping process was a nightmare!
First of all, shipments aren’t sent with DDP, so you get the unpleasant surprise of having to pay an additional 25% of the order price at the post office, which makes these products—while certainly exceptional—very, if not too, expensive. Then, the package took nearly a month to arrive, which is very long. Thank you in advance for being more transparent about prices and also for making it easier to contact you in case of a problem!

The brushes were bended, maybe from shipping.

The painting handle is wonderful. It fits naturally in the hand and gives a ton of freedom when mounting minis and sub assemblies.

Artis Opus brushes are always the best brushes on the market. I love every bit about them.

Slow shipping but excellent products.

I love my S series and M series. I’m looking forward to get their dry brushes. I never thought that trying different styles and quality of brushes would make a difference but using Artis Opus brushes was a big game changer.

I have both the 00 and the 000 size brushes and I love them! Great control and quality. I also enjoy the YouTube videos that Artis Opus puts out, they are very educational.

The quality of the brushes this time round unfortunately were not great. I already have hairs separating from the point of the brush and they dont tend to keep the point as well as they usually do.

The product is excellent. And now that it ships from a stateside hub, the shipping times are great too. The brushes are expensive for sure but at least the price is commensurate with the quality of the merchandise
