My mistake our order was misplaced in our house after delivery. The order was correct, our issue not theirs.

The ad shows a bottle of your choice filled with whiskey for $34.99. The ad gives you 6 whiskey brands to choose from and discounts with the more you buy. The ad is large and appealing. When received the small bottles are cheaply painted and EMPTY! I'm still trying to get my money back.

I placed an order from this site but never got the product. I contacted them with the order number and my transaction but they refused to accept the order was placed.

product will probably be fine but one major reasom we bought the zero wast laundry sheets was because of the supposedly zero waste,abit ironic it was shipped in a bubblewrap plasticised mail package which is very difficult to recycle defeatsthe purpose quit a bit

Bought Tony’s Chocolate from this company, 3 different types, only one of them melted and rehardened into half its original size. Contacted customer service and they won’t refund because it’s a delivery problem, it left their warehouse and all of a sudden it isn’t their problem anymore. I don’t believe that is a shipping problem because it has been non stop raining since it was dispatched 4 days ago and never reached 30°c + for it to melt like that. All 3 items should’ve melted if it was a delivery and heat issue. It’s the warehouse storage that is the problem and they packed it like that.
Also the chocolate I received that wasn’t melted goes out of date in 4 months and the other in 8 months. I find that quite foul since normal supermarket items go out of date in a few years not months.
Overall, waste of money.

Good reliable company with excellent products, We had a problem with our initial order that was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Artisnal sent us a replacement order by special post that arrived within days without hassle and debates that happen with so many companies these days. Highly recommended.

After reading some mixed reviews, I decided to give this shop a try, and I’m so glad I did! My experience was smooth and hassle free, completely different from what I expected. I also appreciated how they clearly list the best-before dates on short-dated products in the title before you purchase, which is really helpful. Plus, the discounts on those items are great. I’ve ordered from this company over 30 times, and I keep returning because of their unbeatable prices and fast service. They offer fantastic deals, especially on short-dated products, which are always clearly marked. I don't understand how anyone could miss it, as the best-before date is clearly displayed in the product title. As a mother of three, finding a reliable website with such affordable prices is a lifesaver. I’m more than happy to buy items that are close to their best-before date, especially since it saves me so much compared to other stores. This site has truly helped me reduce my grocery expenses!

What I disliked was having to wait over 2 weeks for my parcel after having paid $20 for postage! Outrageous, and your help line was no help. I will not be shopping with you again. M. Symonds

THEY SELL YOU OLD PRODUCTS. BEWARE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Wish I read other people's reviews about also being sold old products before purchasing from them. Stay away from this place.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I am writing this one because they deserve it.

Before placing an order, I emailed them for some details and received a very quick response. This was a good sign, as I was able to connect with them easily, unlike many other companies that never reply.

After placing the order, I realized that my shipping address was wrong because my Apple Pay still had my old address. I contacted them immediately to amend my address, and they promptly helped me fix it.

The next day, while talking to my wife, I realized there was something I wanted to order but hadn't added to my cart. I contacted Artisanal again, and they quickly replied and fixed my order. I really appreciate Benny from customer service, who was always helpful with my order.

I placed a bulk order of low sugar chocolates from their EOFY sale. When they arrived and I checked the packaging - one product had a best before date of 05 June 2024 which was a few weeks past, and the other product had a best before date of 31 August 2024 (a weeks from now). I buy this product from the shops normally and know that the products have a 'best before date of over one year.
When I contacted them about it, Benny wrote back to say, essentially 'too bad', they're not doing anything against the law. He sent me a series of links asserting that they're allowed to sell items past their best before date. I insisted that they take back the goods with shipping at their own cost, but Benny refused to do so. I offered to pay for shipping in the end, but he said that he wouldn't take back the item with a past best before date. Only the items with the upcoming best before date. But neither the original shipping nor the return shipping would be refunded.
Customer service was very poor. It may be technically legal to sell items past their best before date, but is it best practice? Why are they not transparent about it?
He said that one of the products had a note on the website about the BB date being past, but it was hardly noticeable at the bottom of the page. I only saw it when he said it was there.
Stay away from this shop! Old products, bad customer service, and unscrupulous business practices.

I ordered a value pack of turmeric capsules from this company, and I accidentally put my old address in my order. I emailed them, and Benny the customer service solved the issue so quickly!

The shipping was quick as well. Happy customer, will come back to shop more ☺️
