Absolutely the best quality.. this was my first purchase from Artizan.. and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the pieces. Outstanding customer service! Worth every penny!

I was really excited to receive my set of bracelets, but the moment I opened the package I felt nothing but disappointment. The bracelets look nothing like the pictures — they appear cheap, with sharp edges, and are missing the engraved name on the interior that was clearly shown in the product photos.

I did a reverse image search and discovered the exact same bracelets being sold on a Chinese website for just $2 each. I ordered some to compare, and they were identical in every way — from the gold tone to the clip style and size.

Paying $165 for four bracelets that are indistinguishable from an $8 set online feels extremely misleading and dishonest.

The customer service is great!! Always answering my questions quickly. The jewelry is beautiful! I don’t go in the pool but I exercise frequently and use sunscreen outside when walking and hiking. I rinse off my jewelry, dry it and place it back in the velvet pouch it came in. It always looks brand new! No tarnishing or fading! I can’t wear other jewelry when exercising/sweating because I know certain finishes won’t stand up to the use. I really appreciate the beauty of my jewelry and how I feel when I wear it!

I got the core bracelet stack in silver for my birthday as a gift and when I got them I immediately noticed how flimsy the latches were. All 3 of them fell off during simple tasks and I was worried about the quality so I reached out to file a warranty claim. After submitting a video, I was told they were in perfect working order. I disagreed with this and for the cost they should not be flying off after high fiving someone?? The sizing was also off, they claim to be a 6.5” and they were more like a 7.5”. Overall a very disappointing experience considering duties & tariffs also had to be paid on these to get to Canada. All I asked for was a refund and a shipping label to send them back. If you are looking for quality, look elsewhere.

I love my new pieces and get compliments every time I wear them. At least half a dozen people or more have asked me to send them a link and 5 have purchased several pieces of their own.

The jewelry pieces that I have purchased has been nothing but exquisite. They definitely make a bold statement, which is completely my style. My orders have always arrived to me safely and in a timely manner. I had one issue with a piece missing on my necklace and they responded to me within 24 hours and handled my concerns, leaving me completely satisfied. I have not stopped buying from them. They have so many beautiful choices to choose from so it’s hard not to want them all. I will continue to be their client and highly recommend anyone who is thinking about purchasing their pieces.

Nobody will answer a phone call. They sent a tracking number...then cancelled it. Half my order was sent...they will not respond to inquiries as to where or when the missing items will ship. I have $300 missing merchandise and nobody will respond by phone or email as to where the missing items are. If you call the number listed...nobody will answer.

It has been close to 2 months since I ordered set of bracelets. No indication at time of purchase this was a pre-order. Still have no shipping details , even though customer service emailed I would have package 2 weeks ago.
Very disappointing. Charged my card immediately versus once item shipped.
I would recommend looking at a more customer oriented jewelry company.

Love the look of the jewelry, however one of the charms on the necklace set broke about 3 1/2 months after purchase. I reached out to ask about a repair or replacement, but I was past the warranty point. They offered a 15% off coupon so I could repurchase the piece (lol) but I’m not keen on buying something that broke quickly the first time. Not sure I will buy anything else since the quality is questionable.

It’s a shame because their jewelry is so beautiful and edgy. I love their designs, but they are quite pricey and their items are deceptive. I really liked that some pieces could have charms and I bought a necklace and a bracelet along with some charms. Besides being a bit overpriced, the shipping took forever and was even late by a few days. Then when I finally received my order, none of the charms would fit on either the necklace or bracelet. Why would you sell charms only for certain pieces that don’t fit onto others? Also, one of the charms was the wrong one. In fact, the charm they sent me isn’t even on the website, so who knows what it is. I tried calling their number, but it was after hours and the recording says to leave a message, but it hangs up on you after the recording so you can’t even leave a message. Then I sent an email, which they did respond to in a timely manner. But I had asked them to give me a shipping label so I could return the wrong item and they should ship me the correct one. The customer service rep sends me a link to do it myself and even addressed me as the wrong name. The amount of mistakes with this order is insane. You don’t even read the name that the person signed their email with and you just address them however? Kind of like how you just send whatever item? I really wanted to like this company and had high hopes, but I will not be buying anything else from them. And if anyone asks me about the pieces I’m wearing, because they’re truly stunning, I will be sure to warn them and steer them away from this company. So sad.

Update: when you request a return, it says that the label will be sent to your email, but it never did.
