The first I heard of artmindzai.com was when I went through my credit card statement and thought ' what on earth is that! '
Actually there were a lot more swear words in my thoughts process but for censorship reasons I couldn't write them here.
There were two payments taken from my account. Don't know what for, don't know who had the authority to take it.
But it seems it created a subscription with these people in Cyprus.
Then I did a little digging. They act as a partnership company to receive payments. I looked to see who they partnered with. They don't or won't tell you, so that got me nowhere.
I wrote a message on their platform to ask - who are you? What are these payments for?
They did reply but not with any answers to my questions. Oh no - it was to tell me they were charging me €2.85 for using their platform to ask the question!!
Any way - credit card company were amazing and dealt with it promptly.

Well, I still don't know who they are and I still don't know how I got charged by them.

It's still an unsolved mystery.
After spending over an hour online all I've discovered is that they take your money but you will never know what for.

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.
An amount was taken from my account without my authorization. Since then, I have repeatedly requested a full refund. Instead of resolving the matter, I received repeated standard replies and conflicting explanations.
The company even claimed that my bank was rejecting the refund, but after contacting my bank, I was informed that there was no record of any rejected refund transaction.
Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly, no refund has been received.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
