Graeme arrived on time. Clean and smart corporate uniform. Asked if he could come in Service carried out quietly and throughly, asked before moving anything or using a tap to wash components. Comprehensive itemised report with photos sent before leaving. Office followed up soon after On contract no worries.

Engineer arrived promptly and serviced my boiler with no fuss. He also advised on a couple of replacement radiators and an extra one.
