My order took a week to process before it was shipped. I didn't get a confimation and I had to call to get tracking information.

I am on an all-school reunion committee. We ordered keychains. We changed the design three times. We decided on one, but they sent another design. They made it right by sending use the correct one. I made Christmas ornaments out of them for a Christmas decor. These will be sold at our annual Christmas parade. They turned out great!!

SENT MY WHOLE ORDER AS BROKEN BAGS, WONT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS AND WHEN I TRIED AGAIN THE NUMBER WAS DISCONECTED!!! STAY AWAY HORRIBLE!!!!

I was in a jam and needed a product with custom artwork within a week. Molly worked diligently and quickly to make sure my order arrived on time and I did not have to used expedited shipping. Their prices were cheaper and the service was superb.

Needed something in English. Placed the order, said it was online, and then they canceled it because they didn't have it in stock.

The organic totes were much better quality than expected. And much less than other sites. However, they only shipped half of the order. They were able to quickly resolve it and overnight the reminder of the shipment. I will definitely shop there again.

I ordered a product off their website and heard nothing from them for 2 weeks until I contacted them to check the status of the order. It took them 5 more days to get me a proof. They sent me an English proof, when I needed the item in Spanish. When I told them I needed the item in Spanish the said it was permanently out of stock.

I had placed an order for coloring books gave credit card information only to be told weeks later that the coloring books i picked out from there webiste had been discontinued 3 years ago. Why would you still show an item on your website if you no longer sell it?!!

Just want to give a 2 thumbs up for the staff at ART Promos. Our Club Soccer team wanted to have Car Magnets made, and from day 1 to we received our order the staff did a magnificent job. I was hoping to have some golf promo items in time for a local golf show but was short on time. My items would have to be FedEx shipped but the cost was going to be too much. I asked customer service to cancel the order. Much to my surprise, when I arrived at my office the next morning, a box of the items was waiting. Thanks to Molly in customer service for going the extra mile!

I ordered a sample of a product and it took over 4 weeks to receive it. I called twice twice to follow up with them and the second time they said it got lost in the mail. I think they were just covering for the fact they still hadn't sent it. We will not be ordering from this company.

Found them doing a google search. Website was easy to work and the sales team was good to work with on finalizing the placement and wording. Only delay I encountered was due to holidays, but understandable. Will definitely order from them again.

I had ordered our pre-school some savings coloring books and come to find out they no longer carry the item that i was looking at. Very disappointed that they would show an item they no lobger carry. I gave it a 3 star because the help was good it was just that they didnt have my product.
