I ordered some watercolour late on 19th Dec but didn’t think I would get it by Xmas day. Arrived on Xmas eve! Easy website, brilliant delivery options. Really pleased and thoroughly recommend Bromleys .

I purchased the Inscribe Soft Pastels - 64 Asst Half Size and the Blue Acorn Softback Kraft Cover Sketchbook in A5, A4 and A3 as a gift for my grandaughter who is currently doing Art at GCSE level. The items were really good value, and they were dispatched quickly.

I have placed several orders and have only praise for the product range, quality and choice, oh, and price! I keep up to date with sales by being on the mailing list, and I don't consider that I am overly bombarded.

I do look at prices from other suppliers when I am shopping for my art materials and generally Bromleys is pretty competitive on product price and the 'spend' for free postage or the 'letterbox' service.

I make no comment about returns arrangements or response to concerns as I haven't had any.

The speed of delivery was pretty good and each order has arrived well packed in recyclable or reusable packaging. There was a nice touch with my last order in including a free bottle of acrylic flow medium.

An excellent range of art materials at very keen prices. I bought two Leporello concertina sketchbooks and am very pleased with the price, quality of the paper, and speedy delivery.

Always great products delivered quickly, had a small issue with a recent brush order which customer services were really helpful and quick to resolve. Will always buy my art supplies here 😀

I was delighted to see the Derwent drawing pencils on offer at half the cost of buying direct from the manufacturer. They arrived on time in perfect condition, all in all an excellent purchase. Thank you Bromleys.

Bromleys provide and EXCELLENT experience service there friendly helpful staff make them a joy deal with there deliveries are prompt and reliable. I ordered derwent lightfast pencils in there sale which I have been following reviews on youtube and being in bromleys sale thought I give them a try excellent results the soft creamy texture make them a joy to use the lovely rich pigments

Good customer service when ordering but when products don't meet your requirements they are not interested!. Response I received was that they could not replicate the issue I was having with a product. I always thought customer service was based on the principal that the customer was always right. Didn't offer to replace items with alternative. Very disappointing.
